Thank you BOTH, "Silly" friends. These things sure beat the heck out of those fidget spinners (cuz yeah, I've got one of THOSE too).

F... the fidget spinners. Where I work they had a meeting one day, which I managed to dodge. They handed out spinners with the company logo. Now we have two classes of employees: those that have one and those that don't. The ones that possess one lord it over those that do not. Pretty petty stuff. Didn't Orwell write a book about this?

If you have three hands then I would recommend getting a third JAC. But if you only have two then I would suggest limiting yourself to two JACs. But as always, it's your call.

I thought it was one for each hand plus a backup?

I received my Series B DNA 75 today and have a question I was hoping you all could help me out with.

I saw a recommended setup a few times on this site of the Jac Vapour Series B, an Ego One Mega v2, and the 1 ohm CLR coils.

My question is what wattage (or up to) do I use for this coil? I was using the tank on my old Provari Mini this week and I was using it at 3.5 volts on there I believe. It doesn't have to be the exact same on the new Jac, I just have no idea what setting to use to avoid messing up the coil. When I first put the tank on and fired it the setting was around 55 watts and it was crackling WAY louder than my Provari was.

Please forgive my ignorance. I haven't kept up with vaping advancements since I used my Provari roughly two years ago.

I'd start at around 8, then work your way up until you feel, "Ahhhhhhh". I'll guess that will be somewhere in the 10-13 range.

Most definitely.

welcome Wraith81, :toast:

yepper, as stated - the vapor'ers motto - "start low and work your way up" ... :thumb:

start the setting about 7watts and vape on it some, then bump it up to 7.5, 8.0, 8.5 etc. ...

you will know when ya get there... every coil / every juice is diff , that's the beauty of variable watts ! ! :D

Wraith, I have no klue if this will be helpful to you or not, but if you like, there are tons of calculators to check. Here's one: Ohm's law | Steam Engine | free vaping calculators

I'll ditto the other members who advised to start low and work up until you find that oh so sweet Wraith-sweet spot. 55 watts on a 1Ω coil does sound a "bit" high to me......

but then again, I vape in the men's sock size range. ;)

Willy's initial reply, in post #2, is still one of my all-time favorites. I still crack up EVERY time I see it.

I miss him, and I hope he's well (@ENAUD & @gnees - "full circle today").
 So much sincronicity :D

Thank you all for the suggestions and help. I think I've found my setting now. I just didn't want to burn out the coil or scorch my fluid.

With the absolute knowledge that there's no "right" or "wrong" way to vape, simple curiosity has me wanting to know where you landed (wattage and such).

13 watts is working good for me. I'm interested to try the TC coil for the Ego One and see how that works as well.
