Jack - happy vapor - VG/PG proper proportions

Hi,
I'm buying 1 each of VG and PG, 120 ml each; and some flavourings.
The description for the flavourings says: concentrated;
to be mixed with a base of Vegetable Glycerine / Propylene Glycol in proper proportions.
Appropriate for use in DIY e-liquid experiments...

Can you advise what the "proper proportions" are so I'll know how much of each base to buy?

Check out PureVapor's DIY Flavour Guide. It provides a good starting place for mixing. With a little practice you'll know which percentages you'll wish to raise, and which to lower. For instance I have to add more than the recommended amounts of tobacco flavourings, less than the recommended amounts for chocolate, and about the same for coffee and cappuccino flavours.
