jagged edges on 510 carts?

noticed that a lot of my used 510 carts look like they have jagged edges on the botton part. looks like they are melting ?
should they look like that?
i dripp and use plt .
have i been inhaling plastic for the last 2mo's?

mine do that too. I think they are melting. IF SO, then polypropylene isnt going to hurt you inhaling it a little. I work in plastics reprocessing and i inhale a LOT of it every day

Mine too. I think it happens if I don't line up the cart properly with the atty bridge because the jagged spots seem to be perpendicular to the way I normally line up the cart.
