I've seen some posts where people have recommended buying two Janty atomizers and rotating them through the 6 month warranty. When one goes down, I guess one submits a claim to get a replacement.

After cart A goes down and get a replacement for cart A, does the 6 month warranty reset itself for the replacement?

Can anyone who has first hand experience comment on the process? Wait times? Out of pocket costs? etc...

Yes it was probably me who recommended doing that. Its the easiest way to have atomziers. I myself have 4 that I rotate and send back 2 at a time. All it takes is a stamp. I believe they send you out the atomizer before you even send yours out. They send it out right when you create the ticket. Atleast thats what theyve been doing with me. Just take up the whole envelope or wrap them up in some paper towel so the edges of the atomizer dont tear the envelope. It's pretty straight forward. Janty offers the best products and customer service but don't really have any sales tactics. Not many people know about their 6 month warranty so being a satisfied customer I just try to spread the word.
