Good grief.... I hadn't been keeping up on the Janty threads!
I'm not impressed at all with their white atomizer 'trick' and this is my 3rd set of Duras, BECAUSE the first 2 sets did not come with a white atomizer! Not sure how long my love for the Dura will last if Janty doesn't get all of their problems resolved soon. I was never aware that they didn't have any warranty on 1 of the atomizers (I don't think this was the case when I bought my 1st 2 sets) so guessing this must have just started with the new white atomizer. Just not very good business to not TELL the customer they will be getting a white atomizer! 
Though I've had a few small issues with the Vapor 1000 from Vaporcig.com -- the life-time atomizer warranty and 1 year battery warranty is a HUGE benefit. I've had great customer service & speedy part replacements from Vapor Cig so far.. so I think this has been my smartest purchase of all the e-cigs so far.
I still haven't gotten mine . I am still hoping that it will be here tomorrow, but thats what I thought today!

I am still waiting on mine as well. I ordered mine on 3/7 with no idea that they were out of stock. Communication with Jeff was good. I was notified that it was shipped out on the 24th and given my confirmation #. I just checked USPS and it left Dallas Ft.Worth on the 25th. All looks good for delivery tomorrow.

Vapor King, when you ordered yours on 3.7 that was a 2 week pre-sale. Meaning in two weeks time they would ship. Your shipment is right on time!
I really cannot stress how much I would appreciate if I hold a promo in the future that people read the product description and title of the product. All included them as "pre-sale" with a date when they would ship.
But that aside, I hope everyone enjoyed the promotion! And everyone should have had thiers shipped! Yay!

For those who haven't gotten theirs, I am sorry you haven't received your Dura-C yet, but at the same time I am relieved as I was starting to think I was the only one who didn't get theres! Everyday I open the mailbox with so much anticipation, just to be let down... Oh well there is always tomorrow, unless it is Sunday.

I just checked the shipping info and it said it was delivered yesterday WTF??? Now I am scared someone stole it, but that is SOOO unlikely.

I actually think that shipping notification from Janty was actually from Dietsmokes.com, because I heard that he had been using their shipping, and the notification was the same day I ordered from Dietsmokes. Dang it! So in reality I actually never got a shipping confirmation, I guess I will have to keep my fingers crossed!

i got mine yesterday and with the little I've used it so far, I'm pretty impressed. Mine came with a white atomizer as well. From the Janty website, it looks like the Dura C kit comes with one standard atomizer (black) which has the full warranty and a backup atomizer (probably the white one) that doe not have a warranty on it.
What makes you think the white one doesn't have a warranty? Was there something stating that? If that is the case that is some S&*T! I hope this isn't true, because you can buy a 510 manual from someone else, and I am sure they will warranty both atomizers in the kit. Also, they will probably send you two black atomizers, which is what you ordered. Why would we want a white atomizer on a black battery??
Strange that you want that, because I thought you were the one who sent it to me, but I have PM'd it to you.
The problem with making a promise of when something will arrive is that it builds up an already existing anticipation which is crushed when you arrive home and find your package hasn't arrived.
Then you think, well, if it was supposed to be here Wednesday, it will have to be here Thursday... but you arrive home and find nothing.
When you then arrive home Friday and find nothing again, you are forced to start thinking it either wasn't shipped out or it is now lost in the mail...
(None of which would be occuring if you hadn't been told you would receive it by Wednesday)
Ordered 2 on the promo. Got one today, but not the other. No shipping notice or anything, just the emails from Tristan. Maybe the other will show up tomorrow.
The Janty website actually clarifies that the black atomizer is under warranty and the other one isn't for the Dura C kit. That was a surprise to me as well. Here's the quote:

Email said I should get it delivered Wednesday but now it's saturday and no dura-c..
Will we get a tracking number? Are they shipped without one?
