Make sure you pushed the tank in all the way? Is the tank pierced? Is there a "hanging chad" or anything like that around the tank hole to block the flow? I don't own one.
Check the pierce tube in your atomizers make sure the plastic from the tank is not stuck in them. You should be able to see a small metal piece inside the pierce tube. The metal piece is the top of the wick it should be roughly level with the lowest point in the angled opening of the pierce tube, if it is too high or sticking out of the tube it will not wick right. You can gently push it down with a toothpick or something similar. Also make sure your tank is not over full they do not wick well if there is not a small air bubble in them when you start.
Sometimes the manufacturers ship the atomizers with PG that have a really bad taste. You can get rid of the shipping juice by blowing out the atomizer before putting on the cartridge. I hope this helps.
