There are several ways to clean your atty. You can just blow them out until all of the juice is out of it. You can soak it in 91% Isopropyl Alcohol for about 15 minutes and let it dry overnight. You can rinse it in hot water in the sink, blow it out and let it dry overnight. You can also use an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner, some hot water and run it through a couple of cycles.
I've kinda of gotten into the habit of just blowing mine out at least once a day. I only do the IA soak when they get really gummed up.

how about the wick is there a way to improve the wick in it i dont think mine is doing its job
That depends on what the PG/VG ratio of your juice is and what you're using for filler material. Thinner juice is going to wick better. If there's too much filler in the cart, that can be a problem, too.
can i dilute the juice down at all to ease the process? say with water or what have you
