well what can I say

had a weird one ... my atomiser stopped working

when I screw in my switches they screw in then they just rotate and not tighten. however the threads just seem to be fine ...

anyway emailed harry and got a response back within 24hrs ...with a promise to send me a replacement ...going to send the faulty one back to get a verdict

BUT seems like Janty Europe is now functioning back to normal after a weird few weeks :thumb:

I totally agree with you Ted but why should Ludo have to keep telling his people how to run things when they should already know this and it's in their interests to make this company work and get a good reputation for customer service and whether there is a big order delivered or not they're still and I mean still should be somebody to reply to e-mails period no excuses.




We run a company with nationwide mail but it's not a large company with few staff but our staff can all multitask and we purposely trained them that way at the start so everybody knows how to cover each person's job in case of an emergency, illness, Holliday's etc etc. Most of our customers are from all over the UK. So we know the importance of this and we also take large deliveries for our supplies every day but there still has to be somebody by the phone and also answering e-mails. The rest of the company should not stop due to a large delivery or if staff are on holiday absolutely ridiculous comments and we will not tolerate this sort of attitude in our company as we are supposed to be in business.







Obviously harry needs some help and sooner the better as it sounds like there is not enough staff to run this operation sufficiently it's obvious that any fool can see and this should be sorted out as these problems keep occurring time after time and keep occurring and it is probably wrong to keep blaming harry as he probably doesn't realise he needs the help but one man can only work so many hours a day. It's all right cutting costs and trying to earn more money for yourself but we always pay for it in the long run with our health.


We would love to get our hands on the UK side of this company and put an end to all UK Janty sufferers and make people proud of this company and complemented what Ludo has tried to do with his inventions as we have been excited and passionate about this new technology and where it could go in the future..


But we have a problem. For us to do this we would have to buy and sell x-amount of units per month and we feel the amount Janty require for us to sell in the UK per month is very unrealistic and we would not like to pretend and predict at an early stage and is so foolish to expect anybody to with the size of our country plus the price as people will try the cheapest route first and then later they will buy the best and people new to E. smoking will normally go for the lower price first plus the state of the economy with the credit crunch it is affecting all types of businesses but we have enquired and were eager in doing this plus we were prepared for you guys on this forum moaning and groaning and complaining but we hoped that would have been a thing of the past.



But if anybody asks me regarding any prices, amounts,distributing, any information I know . This has to be kept confidential between myself and the company.


So Ludo we are here if you ever need us as we have the staff and love your products.

i agreee.
*i dont think its correct to contact "the boss" for every problem.
* i also dont like that we have to go so personaly -who is "good"guy and who is "bad" guy, dont like to say/to have anything personally against Harry.
Janty is a company-trade mark...what about customers who are not on this forum? i personaly recommend Janty even before kissbox came to many people. they are not forum members...and i dont think thats "nessesery" to be a forum member to get the service because you can pm to Ludo.

ones i was criticize here by forum member that i am to harsh to janty,
ones more- i just pointing what i see as a problem. whih the hope that it can help

i had one month without replacement in the summer (janty europe hollidays), at the end problem was solved by Ludo.
at the beginning of september i send another request to Harry, also letter with the dead parts. no respond for two weeks..

and now another two week without any note from Harry.


By the way Ludo: waiting time is included to the warranty period? ;-)

Well I don't know about Janty Europe being on track, I wanted to get some menthol Liquid from them and the shipping cost were so high for a single item that I was forced to buy another six items for the same shipping price, two weeks later I get an e-mail telling me they are out of stock on the item that I really wanted to order and would I like something else instead so I send them an email requesting some other items since they were out of stock on what I wanted, a week later sent them another two emails to find out if they received my request, got a response a few days after that saying that the put an extra liquid inside for the delay, when I received the package nearly a month later, there was nothing inside that I had requested, tried to communicate with them, they won't answer their e-mails, tried get my money back from paypal, paypal says that we buyers are not covered when buying from private bussiness, these guys are scammers stay away.
