Nobody answer to the open tickets, the first ticket i open was to ask when the spare parts will be available for JETS, but nobody answer,at that time i want to know before i make my order cause i don't want to pay shipping twice, i ordered it anyway before the spare parts apear in the web site.
The second ticket i open was cause when i bought my jets in the web site said it came with two empty tanks, but it didn't came and now they correct it in the web site.
Yesterday i was going to use some e-liquid that i bought and two bottles are out of date, since nobody answer to my open tickets i tried a direct email, but also fail to deliver the email.
Where is the support of this brand?
