Don't know anything about the Blu (haven't kept up with it and don't own one). The Joye 306 is the same as the mini-fogger, and is sold by several vendors here, a good bit cheaper than the Janty mini-fogger. One really nice thing about the 306/mini-fogger is that the threads on the attys are compatible with the 510, so you can use 510 pass-thrus batteries, chargers with them. The 510 is my love, but I've also got a handful of 306's, mainly for trying out new stuff with. They have an exposed bridge, so you can actually dip them in liquid, instead of dripping on them. A couple of the guys that I work with have them along with their 'regular' pv's because they're small enough that they can hold them in their mouths while they're working on something, out in the yard, etc. They put out an amazing amount of vapor for their size. Carts are teeny so you'll fill alot, and battery life isn't great because of size, but this is common with any of the super-mini's. The batteries also have a tendency to kick on with loud noises, wind, etc....once again, this is an issue with many of the auto batteries, not just the 306.
