I really don't know what to do with Janty. I've got KissBox some time ago and it was wonderful in the beginning. Except one battery didn't hold charge longer that 30 min. Jeff sent me a replacement. Approximately one week later my automatic switch died. I've got a new one from Janty and then the atomizer. Another replacement from Jeff. And now the brand new auto switch is dead again. Jeff is a very nice person and I have never had any problems to deal with him but now I feel kind of uncomfortable to call him again… On the other hand I have continuous problem with this product. Considering the fact that Janty KissBox is one of the most expensive e-cigarette on the market I guess I have too many problems with it. And on top of all this after approximately one month of use the USB battery now gives only 2-3 puffs no matter how long I charge it.
As a result I noticed that (surprise!) I tend to seek more and more for a real cigarette. At least it is hassle free.

Don't hesitate to contact Jeff. I've had some issues too and he has been more than happy to address each problem I've presented. (I was afraid he thought I was a crazy person for emailing him so much!;)). Law of averages dictates that some of the units are going to be duds. There's no getting around that.

Seriously tho, give it a bit more time and allow him the opportunity to make it right.

I will add that this advise goes for most of the suppliers on this forum. Everyone I have dealt with has been very attentive and willing to do whatever it takes to make things right. So give them the opportunity to fix what's "ailing ya". :)

Suppliers (and you know who you are....): You Rock!!
