I got my Janty kissbox classic a month and a week ago and I love it. I actually like the taste better than cigarettes. I have had so many problems.

First of all I want to say that Jeff has been fantastic at sending replacement parts and the cartridges come quickly too. But I want to know if these problems are normal.

First my automatic switch did not work. It was replaced. The KB was fine for a couple of weeks. Then it just stopped working. Jeff sent a new switch and a new atomizer. These worked great for one day.

So he sent me a whole new set up assuming that something might be shorting out my switches or atomizer. This is my third day and the maunal switch button is stuck down and won't pop up. It is working fine with the automatic switch but I prefer the manual.

Are these components so fragile or am I just unlucky? It is frustrating. If the customer service wasn't so great I think I would try a different one. But the Janty when it is working is so amazing.

Actually your not alone, I'm having the same problem basically and I'm kind of relieved to know its not just me. Jeffs service is excellent, he keeps replacing everything, he doesn't give me a hard time at all and the thing actually works wonderful when it works but aside from the occasioanl bad switch , and one bum atomizer, the main problem for me, seems to be the batteries or the charger as far as I can tell. I am getting no where near the time on the batteries others claim they get, even the usb off the charge and they pretty much just get worse from there to quickly the best ones so far were four hours initially and by the end of the week down to less then two. I don't know it could be the switches or the charger causing it, I've had a couple of chargers that did not turn green as quickly as Janty says they should either, which they replaced, and one that seemed to turn from one color to the other every time you unscrewed the battery and screwed it back in, even if it'd only been screwed in for a second. Even when I leave them on for the full four hour charge, after the initial 16/4, my 901's batteries at this point, it is new, last longer. To me thats a problem since the Janty cost so much more and one of its main selling points is the fact that its batteirs charge faster and last a little longer, espeically the usb when its off its plug but i don't seem to get anywhere near the time out of them others here claim they get, or the six hours off the cigar battery int he usb either, I had one of the new usb's die already, even plugged in it doesn't work. I got this at the begining of august and I'm on like my third or fourth set of batteries, as Jeff has been an angel and keeps trying to get me a set and a charger that works right. I don't think I've ever had service for any product that was as good as the service Jeff has given me with this I had a couple of dud auto switches that were quickly replaced to. Actually I was begining to wonder if it was just me, as everyone else who had problems seemed to be fine after an initial replacement or two, I was so frustrated I started back on the cig's again a couple of weeks ago, but I got the 901 and the lastest replacement earlier this week and I'm slowly cutting them back out again, tho this replacements batteries don't seem to be any better either, I'm still testing them out.

I was beginning to think it was me too. I also have had the same problems with the batteries or charger. I wonder if there was a bad batch of them that we got at the beginning of August. My first set of batteries lost their charge faster and faster until it was about an hour or less. I don't understand the purpose of the green light anyway if it isn't going to tell us when it is charged. The one thing I did not like about the Janty KB was trying to remember what time I put it in the charger. As I have only had them 3 days these new batteries are still being tested.

Jeff told me this time to use one of the old manual switches that had gray buttons the new one (that the button is stuck) has a black button. But I am afraid that one of the old manual switches will mess up the atomizer. I also haven't tried the new USB. One thing at a time because I am afraid something is going to fail. Sadly I am smoking again too.

On a positive note maybe eventually the kinks will all be worked out. I wouldn't mind if someone who hasn't had any problems would post for moral support.

I got a Kissbox recently but I had problems with a battery and switch. Janty Europe replaced them no problem though. Luckily I have other devices so didn't feel the need to go back to cigs. It's a pity that you have Turbo, I hope your Kissbox gets sorted soon and you get good vaping with it. You might want to have spares or back up devices ready for when bits go wrong. That seems one thing we can count on with esmoking, devices are very temperamental.

It sounds like you both have had more trouble than usual. I hope it works out well in the end.

Not me. But I just got a new charger and batteries Jeff said was from a new shipment they just got in, so maybe this batch will be better. I've only just finished charging them, so I can't say yet if they'll last any longer then the last ones, but so far so good, at least they charged right. The first battery ran about four hours, I'm just testing out the second now.
