If you mean the charger in the Stick itself, it charges the battery, and also can be used as a passthrough as well; but can only be used as passthrough if there is the battery in the Stick (whether fully charged or not).
The separate Stick battery charger will charge both types of 10440 Stick batteries, either 360mAh or 320mAh protected.

I have a 510 Spade right now, but was thinking about picking up the Spade PT and came across the Janty Stick v2 which led me to the V3. How many volts does it run as a PT? I love the look of these, I imagine this is what smoking would look like in the "future" . . or in star trek

My battery charger is all wobbly and won't stay in the adapter! Good thing I never use the second battery, I use a USB pattery pack to vape all day
