I've had problems w/ my Janty Stick from the start, sent it back, received a new one. But new one did not work at all. Have sent multiple emails and posts on the Janty site for support. But they have been completely unresponsive. Does anyone know if there is phone for them, or if there might be another way to send a troubleshoot for them to correct the problem.
