Get your money back vaf. I've not had any problem with communication with Ludo and Harry before I started dealing with Jeff. Part of your problem may be calling them out so harshly like you did on a forum that Ludo is a member of. Even though I had some problems in the beginning with my Kissbox, the issue was taken care of. There was a time that I needed to allow some time for them to respond to emails since they were dealing with MORE people than just me. And they were aware of the problems and were waiting on parts. But they DID respond.

I wouldn't respond to you on this forum either if I were them. But I do hope you get your money back and find a seller that responds to your satisfaction.

hi karen, thanks for advice; but its not about requesting money back. i had kissbox from the 1st bach (ithink it was may- june). and from this time i use to correspond with Ludo and Harry and i get replacements..its not a question that they dont replaced parts. i also cant agree that im too harsh (maybe little ;-) and little too emotional after 3 weeks waiting for the replacement and now 5 day of unresponsive request), -if you see my previous post-i always point a nice parts, in the last posts to which you refer i admit that Ludo react always fast. But i simply cant effort to spend so much time for the correspondence and waiting - that was a point. Also my post is not actually addressed directly to Janty; i would say its more sharing my experience with the esmokers who is choosing more expensive brand in order to have fast service.
ps. and even if somebody would be harsh (or lets say critical) i believe its should not be a reson do not follow warranty (its not for Janty ;-), its for karen ;-)
