Just thought I would share my new creation I call it the JBQ mod




Mechanical mod


Here is my new one! Hits Super Hard a Colleague of my MoneyPenny Mod.


Features:


All Copper Tubes, Solid Brass Mechanical Connections.

Hand-wound Brass “Hot Spring.”


Floating top and bottom caps allow for variations in battery lengths and assists in rba alignment.




The JBQ Mod is Transformable: 18650, 18500 and 18350 Modes.

18500 mode: Length: 106mm Cap Diameter: 24mm Inner tube diameter: 22.2mm


18650 mode: Length: 123mm Cap Diameter: 24mm Inner tube diameter: 22.2mm


Outside Extension Tube Diameter: 24mm


Inside Extension Tube Diameter: 22.2mm

18350 mode: 68 grams (2.3 oz)


18500 mode: 98 grams (3.5 oz)

Pretty nice. Love the raw look - just so many options to go from there. Some times it is better to leave things in the raw state, just to have fun thinking of the possiblities - polish, steampunk, carve, torch, etch, blueing....

I am the proud owner of one of these. Any other owners out there?

I hope the Modder creates a video showing how to assemble it in its various configurations and more importantly how to disassemble and in turn reassemble the contacts and firing button

This is an awesome mod for the money. I couldn't be happier. Also, customer service is excellent (got the mod in just a few short days) as well as ,upon request, written instructions were emailed to me.


That being said, a video tutorial would be the icing on the cake.
