Anyone experiencing difficulties ordering from the revived JC site?
Placed an order last Wednesday; account shows order "in process".
No reply to several contact attempts.
Is there some other way to get in touch with JL at JC?

I placed an order last wednesday too. If I check my status via the email they sent it says processing but if I go to the website and log on and then go to my order history it says shipped.

Was going to contact Jim monday and see what was going on. New web page might be giving him hiccups.

He is a hard guy to get a hold of. I too have left messages to no avail. But I got my canadian full flavor from another member so all is good in the land of Saskatchewan! Can not live without my CFF!!

In the past they shipped regular once and xpresspost once. I don't know how he is shipping right now.

I wanted to try JC when they first opened so I sent a few e-mails asking about shipping. I got 5 word responses that didn't help me out but I really wanted the black cherry tobacco. It seemed they were to busy for me. I saw Nicfitnation sold JC brand so now I get my juice from them. I love their juice but hate the customer service at JC. Nicfitnation is the way to go! Great company!

Try contacting James via the contact button on the JC website. He replied to me and let me know my order was shipped. He just had some first day hiccups.

I have to be honest, when I first got the green tea I thought I had my first bottle of JC that I really did not like. I had it in an ego -t and I tasted a strong green tea flavour without any sweetening. Then I tried it a week later in the regular e-go atty and with a 510 and loved it. Then I tasted a nice sweet green tea. Then after vaping it for awhile I tried it in the ego-T again and enjoyed the stronger green tea flavour. Now it's my favourite all day vape.

My other JC flavours that I love are the creme-de- menthe, the Mocha Mist and the Almond Biscotti they used to have.

I ordered the Green tea, the coconut, poma-grenade and the vanilla bean ice scream. I hope I like them all.

Not that I am doing customer support here, because I am not allowed to, but I am not sure about this post that I didnt get back to someone or that someone felt I didnt have time for them. If anything my emails are often too wordy but we always have time for our customers, or at least try to. I just couldn't not reply there. Glad you all are liking the new flavors. Now if Canada post could do their job maybe we could get back to vaping & winning the stanley cup
