JD Tech Stingray X owners I need some help plz thanks

Just picked up a Stingray X new from a vendor and just want some other eyes from owners to make sure it's legit.
Also if you could confirm that the case embroidery always looks ragged.
And last please confirm that the rings don't always feel flush there sems to be a bit of a rise along the back that not perfectly flush.

I took some pics of mine for you to compare. All the connections are flush on my Stingray. Everything looks about the same to me.
