Update.

Jerseyvapes recieved a message regarding my concerns. I was contacted by the owner and recieved a phone call less than 15 minutes later with an explanation of what had happened. I never expected to be taken care of so effectively. Being in customer service myself, I know that it isn't so much about maintaining happy customers, but more about converting unhappy customers. Although I was never truly unhappy with my products, I would consider myself made whole and satisfied with the quick and complete response from Bill and Mike at JerseyVapes.
