johnson creek issues

Got an order from Johnson Creek but it was the wrong products and the order form int he package was for the wrong person. Every time I emailed them in the past, I got a response within 2-4 hours, but now that I emailed them about receiving the wrong products, I have not received a response in a few days. I sent the emails again as well. Now I go to their site and it's down. Anyone else have any issues with them recently?

I don't want to break open this other poor guy's juice, so I am gonna have to smoke analogs. Boooo! I did contact the guy who was supposed to receive the package I got, and it turns out he's receiving my package.

Are there any flavors that are the same? If it was me, I would understand...
My experience with them has been great as well. They might just have a hitch in their giddy-up...

You are one nice guy, Dave. I'd have no hesitation about breaking into that other guy's e-juice if the alternative were analogs.

Seriously, JC has a guarantee where if you don't like a flavor, you can return it for a complete refund, s/h included. They are known for being a very customer oriented company.

With that in mind, I'd break into the stash, pick a flavor you think you can live with, and vape it until you hear back. I would be SHOCKED if they didn't tell you just to keep the liquid and then send you out your original order free of charge (or, at the very least, keep the opened bottle for your trouble and send the unopened stuff back). Worst case scenario, you pay for the bottle you use and return the rest.

Even if they got something in the mail today, it sounds as if it wouldn't reach you before you run out.

This is life and death . . . .

their site IS back up now! yay! What I got for the other guy is pg sample kit. I ordered non-PG as PG makes my wife and I get headaches. If JC sends us the right stuff w/o asking us to send the other stuff back, I'll mail it to the other guy. He said it's his first experience ordering juice. :-(
I think the issue is that the other guy and I have the same first and last name. The orders must have been filled at the same time. I can see how the mistake could be made.
I am glad their site is up. That made me feel bit better.

I wanted to let everyone know that Johnson Creek got back to me. They are sending me the correct stuff at no charge and I should have it overnight according to their email. They were sincere and apologized. Working in Customer Service, I know that accidents happen. It's the way that a company apologizes for it and takes action to correct an issue that really shows the true colors of the organization and Johnson Creek, even with the mix-up has shown to be a company that focuses on good products and support.

I really wanted to say this in case someone reads this thread and gets nervous about them!!!
