I ordered 7 or 8 days ago and haven't even gotten a shipping number. wtf?

They emailed me yesterday and said they will ship it. wtf? Thats 5-6 day to put together 2 bottels and put them in an envelope. That is too long to wait full there high prices!

I hope the juice is good- oh it sucks now? ok I see... Well they got a return policy.....thats good?..maybe?

I always order Johnson Creek juice. It is my staple juice that I use to mix with a few drops of other flavors I got from samplers from various other places. They take longer to produce and ship because they make it only after it has been ordered. They recently told me that they were working out some of their production and shipping issues, and the next order I placed arrived in three days instead of the usual seven days which everyone has come to expect from them.

I have not ordered from them since they changed their recipe recently, so I have no idea what is going on with them now, but I'm sure they have been a little busy trying to make sure their ship is in order since they have every intention of being around no matter what the FDA tries to do about it.

Robert, have you tried the tasty juice the Widow sells right there in San Diego?

It seems all of these guts (major exaggeration) well at least the only 2 I have bought from have major delays after recieving the order. JC took about 5 days to ship and InnVapor took 1 1/2 weeks. Makes me wonder what is so hard.

Johnson Creek takes longer, which has always been known, because they make it when ordered.
Innovapor got severely hammered all at once with more orders than anyone can imagine.

Your bad luck there, unfortunately.

Drew a NHaler.com has often talked about making his juice for each customer after it's ordered and I hear he ships really fast. I'm sure others do too. It's reasonable to take a day or two to mix by order, but not 6-8 days

Agreed, and they know that too.

As I said before, I placed one order from them knowing from reading here that it would take about seven days. It took seven days. Then I placed another order with them a few weeks later and the next morning I wanted to change my order, so I called them and they said it had already gone out the night before.

So I said to them that I was certainly not expecting that, since the last order took seven days to get here, and they told me that they have been working hard to shake out some kinks in their production schedules and processes.

Anyway, I got the second order in three days.

Now that they've changed their juice recipe, they might be struggling to get kinks out again, or whatever, I don't really know. But I do know that it would be nice if they could get back to where they were when I got my order in three days.

But it was the new formula. I already posted about this that the taste was like smoking burning plastic and they gladly took it back prepaid. I don't know if if was rancid or old but tasted awfull and lingered.

But I will say this, their customer service is superb and they know they messed up on this new recipe.

I put in three drops and thought i was going to puke. But at least it was no hassle at all taking it back.

Hopefully they will work out the liquid problems soon and not turn people off from the start.

I was under the impression that all of the vendors (except JC) ultimately get their juice from China and just re-sell it. Am I wrong? Some of the vendors actually make it themselves here in the states?

There are quite a few that make their own. I can't list them all or vouch for them unless having used the product.

Looks like this is going to be an ongoing debate about what is 100% american made and whatnot.
