A quick note here,
When vaping the nicotine is absorbed more slowly than when smoking regular cigarettes. With cigarettes nicotine is absorbed quickly with each inhale and the effects of the nicotine is almost instantaneous. vaping on the other hand is more gradual, the effects aren't as instant. So new vapors are expecting that "nicotine rush" or "buzz" within moments of inhaling the first couple of vapes. That rush doesnt come, so they hit it again and again (meanwhile nictine is slowly being absorbed) and then all of the sudden it hits------lightheaded, dizzy maybe a little jittery and/or nauseous or GI upset. Take your time with vaping and remember....nicotine effects are more gradual and not as instantaneous as smoking regular cigs.
Hope this helps some of you guys (and gals) out there.
Although you are still taking in nicotine (vaping), your nicotine level in your blood are considerably decreased, as compared to when you were smoking. So nicotine withdrawal is still possible. Some common signs and symptoms of withdrawal are: dizziness, lightheadedness or verigo. Also headache, dry throat, coughing, anxiety/restlessness, moodiness/depression and sleeplessnes/insomnia. These symptoms may take a few weeks to subside and in some cases up to a few months.
