Hi everyone!! New here in the forum, and also relatively new to vaping. I don't own a PV, but have tried it from friends, and i must say, it tasted nice :D
I stumbled upon this forum recently and have been addicted to it. So, just wanted to say HI, and was wandering if any helpful members could point me in the direction of where i should start from ( There's just so much information here!), given my close to 0 knowledge!

Welcome to the forum.

I started with the disposables to see if vaping was right for me. It worked well enough that I immediately stopped smoking. Eventually I migrated into other systems (rechargeable BLU, then 808s to last longer between charges, then 510/ego manuals to get more dependability, etc). I've tried cartomizers, clearomizers, tanks, bottom feeders, mods, etc. Each change was driven by some drawback discovered as I used systems (low power, leakage/dry hits, switch fragility).

My everyday system is now 18650 based mods with CE5 clearomizers.

I recommend ego passthru's with clearomizers for beginners (many vendors sell inexpensive kits) since they seem to offer the most value.

Once again, welcome. I hope you enjoy your journey.

First of all, welcome to ECF! There's a lot of information here, and plenty of people who are willing to help with any questions you might have.

I started with a couple of disposables, got some "cig-alikes" (V2 Cigs), then egos, then a couple of APVs. If you know you like vaping already, I would still suggest getting an ego or two, because if you do get something more advanced, the egos can then serve as emergency backups. I would, however, recommend getting something that's variable voltage, even if it's one of the little go pass throughs that only have 3 (I think) voltage settings. They're still super easy to use, but you can play with adjusting your vape a little. I never had a Spinner, just a couple of ego-C Twists, but I hear many good things about the Spinners, so I would check those out if I were you (my Twists didn't last very long at all before totally dying, but some people have great luck with them).

If you really want to start with something more advanced, you can get an MVP 2 from 101 Vapes (when they're in stock) for about $40. They're pretty small (not as wide as a pack of cigarettes, but a little taller), simple to use, inexepensive, and you can use a lot of different toppers on it.

For toppers, I would suggest getting one of any clearomizers that you want to try. From my personal experience and preferences, I would suggest a bottom coil, like the Kanger MT3. I've tried about a dozen kinds of clearos, and the Kangers have always been the best of them, but your preferences might be different.

E-liquid is a totally personal thing, so I won't even go into recommendations, but check out the e-liquid forum here for some ideas. I would suggest getting the smallest bottles possible until you know if you like something or not, though.

Hey there. Welcome to the family :vapor:

Start with an evod starter kit or a joyetech ego twist kit. When I start I used that for more than 8 months before I ventured further into the vaping 'hobby'.

Get at least 2 pv's(twists/evod batteries or whatever you are getting) so you have backups incase one dies. Trust me...you should always have backups. Get a couple tanks/clearomizers as well so you can have a few different flavors to switch up with during the day.

Juice is going to be the hardest part of starting to vape. Many different vendors offer sample packs for you to try small bottles of their flavors to see what exactly you like.
