Joining The Army

Hi guys,

I just enlisted tonight and got myself a black buzz with a 901 cap. So huzzah I'm joining the crew.

I would of loved the infinity as its quite smexy but i love my ego-tanks so the buzz was the only option. From reading the posts I'm guessing the 901-510 adapter will make for the perfect lift to fit the tanks. If not I think there are some local (within Australia) vendors who stock adapters and I can go 901 - to something - 510 for more lift.

I'm off the analogues now for about 3 months so this is my first mod. I've been using joy-e ego 900mah bats so I'm going the buzz for vv in a small form factor. The atomisers i've used so far in order of preference are: ego-t, ego mega cyclinder (type-B), Clearomizers, regular 510 atty, boge cartos.

Anyhow I give you all this back story as I was just wondering what cartos or atomisers you guys are currently favoring on your buzz. What atomiser or cartomiser do you think I "must" try. I love ego-tanks but I'm sure there's something better to suit the buzz and I was hoping the army could point me in the right direction.

I'm using IKV's mega 808s and loving them. A lot of the notcigs folk are 510 peeps and I'm sure they'll be around with their faves list in a little while. I am an early bird, lol. Tried many 510 cartos/clearos -- they are just not for me, although many of them are solid hardware (the clearos, not so much IMO).

Just wanted to say hi and let you know I think you made a great choice for your first mod and gratz on the 3 months! My Buzz is all I use anymore, had it 5 months now and still going strong.

IkenVape is the place for cartos and atties...801 Fusion, Mega 808 both excellent cartos and the 901 HV is a killer atty and approved by the Evel One..........

I've had good luck with MadVapes SLB 901 atty....almost as good as Ikens....

Liberty Flights has the Boge Cartos...I use them in 510 and IDK if other connectors are available..Ohms are 3.0 or a little better...I also have Joye 510s from Liberty for dripping...

Bruce at Clouds of Vapor also has 510 High Performance Cartos...They're Boge!!

deca. The Buzz is a great PV and it will run anything you can throw at it. That's the nice thing about Variable volt vaping is you can adjust it for whatever device there is.

You are about to be ruined. Since I got my Buzz, it's the only PV I want to use anymore. I still use my PT's, and even my 808 manuals, but I've been spoiled. I've been using V4L cartos but ordered some 808 megas from Ikenvape. I'm about ready to order an Infinty, and sometime after that another Buzz.

They are great. At home it's funny because I still use my Buzz as much as I do my Infinity. I haven't used any of my other mods except for when my batts were dead and I forgot to charge them. The Buzz will always be #1 I think because I don't have to worry about it and I'm in the shop allot doing stuff that might scratch or hurt the Infinity. It's my struttin PV for when I wanna go out and act like Travolta (I know along time ago) in Saturday Night Fever or when I'm not doing chores.

This week I'm performing involuntary jury duty, courtesy of the Los Angeles Superior Court system. The courthouse has airport-style security measures in effect, and I've found myself reverting to cigarettes, lest my beloved Buzz be confiscated.

No offense, Mike, but I have enough to worry about without trying to explain my sinister-looking black Buzz (let alone 10ml bottles of brown liquid) to humorless LA County Sheriff deputies, who might be anxious to imagine it's a not-so-cleverly disguised detonator or something.

Sooooo...I'm back on Marlboro Menthol 100s for the duration. I ask all of you for your understanding, and forgiveness...

If you took the batts out... would they still take your Buzz? "Here sir, is this empty metal tube that I simply cannot got through the day without. These are just lithium batteries. Now at times like this is when you need a lazer mod or something small on your keyring. Or maybe my little 5volt lighter mod. But you would have to figure out how to get the cartomizer in unattached so it just looked like a lighter.

Not a bad idea, 5CS. The problem is that they won't even allow cigarette lighters. I had to turn the house upside down this morning to find a book of matches.

I have 510s & eGos, but thought better of it. If they didn't make it through the metal detector, they'd become very suspect (since when does a black cigarette set off a metal detector?), and the verdict would likely be that I'm trying to smuggle in some kind of cr@ck pipe.

Jury duty sucks. I've been pretty lucky in that dept. I give good excuses.
Just tell them you won't need to come sit because they're all guilty anyway so your casting your guilty vote now.

I wouldnt want to get caught carrying something in there. One time I went to the court house and while I was standing in line for the counter I felt a bottle of juice in my watch pocket. It was a tiny one but they would have thought I was going to blow the place up.

Just bring a 510 and put it in the basket if they ask tell them what it is if not no big deal ! , If you tell them it is a personal vaporizer they might just let it through ?? .
