again, im sure this has already been posted elsewhere, i could search it and would take 15 mins to find but im using a cell phone to access this site and its slower than dial-up. lol!
my question is, how do you know when the atty is starting to go?
i top off and do direct direct drip but not that much vapor anymore. this atty has been used for only 2 weeks and i vape all day.

Do you clean your atty? Whenever one of my attys start acting up, I remover the cart and do a few "dry-burns" (3-4 second intervals, I wouldn't recommend heating it for more than 5 seconds), blowing the excess vapor out of the atty while it is heating. I do this until I not only hear a good sizzle, but until I can see a lil glow again. I then let it cool for a bit, then top off my cart, drip 3 drips, and off to big vape land I go again. I also have a bunch of attys, and swap them out every 4 days or so (I blow air thru the atty, then let it dry out on a paper towel). I have noticed that you can get gunk, and not alot of vapor, if you are topping off or dripping too much. While you want your atty "wet", you don't want to flood it. Hope this helps.
BTW, the only sure-fire way to know if your atty is going bad is to hook it up to a meter. You can also try to reseat the connector by taking a little wood stick (like a wooden kabob stick), sticking into the hole on the top of the atty (where it connects to the batt) and give it a little wiggle.
