Well it is nice to see someone else has the problem. The only other one I have seen is Gooddog. So it is a crap shoot to get a good 510 I guess. I assume you never found a solution or vendor that would admit to a possible problem. Do you know it the Vapor King atty will work with 510 batt or pt. I thought I had for the perfect device until this started happening now I have boat load of 510 batts, pcc, carts so on.

Yeah you aren't the only one. A lot of people are having problems with their 510 atty's. I did not find a solution to the bad atty problem other than buying a Vapor King. I found someone so nice as to send me a VK battery and some cartos and I bought a second VK battery and charger and just placed an order the other day for 4 boxes of cartos. The vapor king is a two piece model, the atty is combined with the cartridge, so the vapor king atty isn't compatable with the 510. I highly recommend the VK because the flavor is outstanding. The 510 is pathetic compared to the vapor king. Good luck with your search for the perfect PV. :)

I really don't believe that a majority, or even a minority of the 510 atty's are "bad". Burnt taste and low vapour is pretty common, especially in the beginning. As people get more familiar with getting the right amount of liquid into the cart and onto the atomizer, the problems go away. If you read through the forums quite a few users report that "burnt metallic" taste issue with the 510. When mine do this, I will drip a few drops onto the atty, and then put it aside for a while, let the liquid soak back up into the wick. When I come back to it, I'll add two more drops, and I'm right back to clouds of vapour and a nice taste.
