Hey everybody I'm a new user to e-cigs, and I bought the blu cig which gave a good throat hit but it wasn't consistent. After a couple hits it wouldn't give me anything, so I ordered the Joye 510 a manual to make sure it would give me as much time needed to take a hit. When I take a hit from the Joye 510 I get no throat hit at all with the prefilled carts they give you in a starter pack. It's buggin the hell out of me so I tried the blu cig atty on the 510 and a blu cig prefilled cart and started getting some pretty good hits. For the life of me I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong with the Joye 510 carts and it has to be user error or a bad atty or am I missing something? I'm looking for an e-cig that gives a good throat hit and lots of vapor, but nothing big and bulky as I want to use it on the go for work an so forth. Any help is much appreciated and thanks in advance to any users that could lend a hand.

Are you using a refill liquid or only the prefilled cartridges that came with the 510?

For me, the kind of liquid you use makes a huge difference. Some have a better throat hit. Especially menthols (which I never smoked, but do vape when I need a good solid hit or had cravings in the beginning).

It takes a while to find a good throat hit liquid. I seem to find it is better with the tobacco flavors, menthols or coffee types. Fruity flavors just didn't do it for me. Atomic Fire Ball (cinnamon red hot) gives a great throat hit, so if you like sweet, that might do it for you. Many are addicted to the stuff (from TastyVapor).

Also try supplier's who have small sample sizes to check out new liquids or look for juice deals on the classifieds section here on the forum.
