Joye 510 Passthrough IC Placed at IC1

Can anyone tell me what IC is placed at IC1 on the PCB and what package is it (eg. SOT-23)? I've got one that overheated and popped.

I was hoping I'd have better luck with some of the mods I've seen you experienced modders do!

If no one knows what the component is, would it be possible for me to "jump" the entire PCB with some type of rig that will still fit in the plastic casing?
