Check your USB port. Some computers severely restrict the amount of current allowed out of the USB port. My dell m4400 laptop shuts down the port every time I plug my passthrough in, but my Acer 721 netbook is fine with it. My older dell desktop gets angry but my newer one is fine. Look around and ask anyone if they have an ipod charger, those will deliver a bit over an amp and work great when you are in a USB bind. I use my passthrough almost solely plugged into an ipod charger.

Have to ask a few questions since 2 failed at the same time. Some things to think about:

1) USB port off ? Use a wall outlet. Is there a light on the charger?
2) Charger bad, not batteries?
3) If not 1 & 2, some brick and mortar smoke shops sell e-cigs that are 510 compatible. TRIO with a red T-R-I-O are, I think. Others are too. Ask em.
4) When in doubt, lozenges?

Here, there, everywhere!
OK I tried plugging put the usb charger in my phone wall charger at work with no luck (2 hours) then I tried it on the wall charger (no usb) that came with it when I got home and still nothing. So I am charging my original "test convenient store one" that was at home.

I am a little worried maybe they sent the wrong USB - I read somewhere that if you use the Ego charger (which looks alot like the Joye charger) it can fry your battery. If that's the case I should get replacements free because I bought the charger from the same place I got the cigs.

If the Joye 510 battery is unsealed can I still drip?

Dripping on an unsealed battery is dangerous... can easily flood & fry it, just like an over-filled cart or cartomizer. Where did you get these? If you order new ones from Cignot, like tonight, you could have them by Thursday afternoon, Friday at the latest. A no box starter with 2 batts, 2 attys, wall charger & 5 carts is $35 +5 for shipping (if your order is under 60). Their shipping speed is legendary.

Sorry to hear you've already had problems. You may want to contact the place you bought from. At the least, get a replacement. They may also know a trick or two to get it working. I know there were a few companies that would give you chargers, but didn't include instructions on how to charge the batteries. Not saying that's the case here, but it certainly doesn't hurt to ask. Good luck and stay strong!

The company i got them from knew I was going to be dripping with it and even threw in a free e-juice??? I found some directions on charging them so i am going to try it. It says to charge them for 8 hours the first time even if the charger light turns green so I will plug them in at 10 and unplug them at 6 when I get up. Hopefully that is all it is. I only dripped in one of them - so I would think that would be the problem.

So Cignot is a good company them? I had seen there prices and such but wasn't sure how their liguids and such are?
