510 Joye, can't get it to work!

man i am so bummed right now....

i just got my new joye 510. i got the passthrough cable thing for the usb (you smoke from your pc, right out of the box)

full charged both the regular and hooked up the passthrough

nothing is working! The led goes on when i press the button on the side, but when i suck, nothing comes out. i've done it several times now with both atomizers and new cartridges and nothing is coming out even though all the lights are on

Is there juice in there? Do you hear any sound? Is the atomizer heating up?

I know some of this seems very basic. But we have to cover the basics first.

1. If you have a full cartridge and are sure there is juice in there.. then
2. Is the atomizer getting hot or making a sound?

You follwed the instructions and charged the batteries for 8 hours?

So the light is on but there is no vapor production... waiting for more details.

I'm not entirely clear - do you have only the USB passthrough, or passthrough and additional batteries?

It's possible but unlikely you have two atomizers DOA.

The PT doesn't have an LED, so I'm guessing you have other batteries.

Did the atomizers come with a mouthpiece on them? If so, make sure it's a *filled* cart inside, with poly and liquid...I'm betting it may be just a mouthpiece 'blank' you're trying to vape from..
