I've had a Joye Ego C upgrade 1000 mah passthrough used in rotation daily for a year at least and today I noticed it won't go into unregulated mode. I think its the one I dropped this week but not hard.. about 2 feet onto a semi-hard surface. Is the first sign one of these is reaching its life-span limits loosing the regulating feature? Or did I damage it and should I quit using it? It works fine in regulated mode and seems to be okay charging.
Edit: Thought about it and don't know if unregulated stopped stopped working before I dropped it actually. I never use it in that mode but was going to dry burn is why I even tried to switch modes. I do know it would switch when I got it though as I always checkout new equipment to make sure it does what its supposed to.
