Let me start out by saying that I'm a techie and a customizer at heart, so I won't be surprised if I start making e cigs from flashlights and modded attys with a tank and a button-press direct-drip system.

When I decided to start vaping about a week ago, I did a little research and decided I didn't want to spend a bunch of money right away, so I ordered a Volcano bat and atty and the bare minimum that I needed to try it from Volcano E Cigs. But decided that the battery/atty strength and longevity wasn't satisfactory. I was looking at the Inferno kits over there, but wanted to go with a Joye eGo because of availability from multiple sites.

Now on to my main point and question - Correct me if I'm wrong but from what I can tell, the Inferno / Magma parts and kits at Volcano E Cigs are basically eGo / 510 parts but heavily branded?

My question is, will the Inferno / Magma carts/attys/carto's fit the Joye eGo batteries? The reason I ask is that I've been through a lot of the sites and none of them seem to have just the right selection at just the right price, and their act together all at the same time. If there is that "perfect" supplier of replacement parts for the Joye eGo, please hook me up!

From what I've found thus far:

Kits
Mike & Carol's Internet Store - At $48.99, it's the best Joye eGo kit price without ordering from China. Some kits are cheaper but don't include everything that this one does.
UnSmoke - Best deal for the eGo-T (w/ tank) but I've seen a lot of issues with this method.

Replacements
Planet Vapor - 10-pc Empty eGo Cone Type-A @ $6.65 - Good prices on other things as well.

Any parts websites that have great prices, info on using alternative parts, whether or not the Magma/Inferno parts will work with the eGo. Any info is a plus.

Thanks guys,
Chris

I'm not sure about the Magma, but the Inferno is mostly an eGo. The only difference is that the cone is held on by an o-ring rather than threading, which means that the Inferno cones and eGo cones are not interchangeable. Cone-style atomizers, tank atomizers, etc should all work fine because they thread onto the battery connector, not the cone connector. It's just the cones that you would use if you wanted to use a 510 atomizer or cartomizer on the battery and wanted to keep the sleek conical appearance.

Personally, I don't like the finish on the Inferno batteries and prefer the eGo 1000mAh batteries I got from CigNot, but that's simply cosmetic and apersonal preference.

Thanks for the info! I think I've come to the conclusion that the Joye eGo in combination with Volcano's carto's, atty's, and carts is probably the best deal, unless I decide to stick with the cone shaped carts-they only hold 1.5-1.9ml, but have a better atty than the standard 510 from what I hear. But everyone is saying the mega atty's from Volcano are beasts. I'll try out the 510 stuff from Volcano and compare between that and the cone type-A's that come with the kit and reply with what I think.

Well, I decided to go almost all out and buy a Super T Manufacturing Precise 16. I can't say I regret the price, as I spend almost that much on cigarettes in a month's time and this mod will last forever. The batteries alone are less than half the price of eGo batteries and I can feel good about my purchase because I know it's a quality product and lifetime warranty to boot. And you really can't beat being able to use any atty/carto from 510, 801, to 901.

This thing is a beautifully crafted beast
