Hi everyone!

I just ordered a Joye eGo after reading reviews and comments on it as well as the Riva/Tornado/Trex/Maxx. Does anyone have anything they'd like to add about their experience with it?

I'm especially curious about updated info on the battery life (once charged) & the amount of vapor (say, compared to the Joye 510 ~~> I love my vapor clouds!). I currently use a Joye 510 which I love except for the *constant* battery charging. I recently added a KR808D-1 manual battery into my rotation but it's still a bit of a pain.

Thanks so much!

battery life really is relative to how much you vape...but I'm a heavy vaper and I get at least 8+ hours on a single battery charge on an eGo..

I'd say that they produce slightly more vapor with the cone on, little stiffer draw too...and a bit warmer vape...

really the difference is the length the battery lasts...
the other differences come from the cone...

My Ego lasts me about 4 times as long as the 501's. I vape a lot though. I removed my bridge for direct dripping which is great and now I am ordering the LR attys. Now I only use my 808's or 501's for when I have to charge up my Ego. Love the Ego!!!

Thanks Drozd! I'm a heavy vaper too so the constant battery charging/swapping tends to drive me nuts. I'm loving that there's slightly more vapor too - whoo-hoo!!

Glowgirl: Good to hear your battery lasts you that long! I direct drip too (fairly recently switched over to it actually). When you say removed the bridge - what do you mean? I apologize if that's a noob question

& to you both ~~> Loving the quick response-thanks so much!

EXACTLY this, I also use a 901 adapter, and 808 cartomizerss. I love 808 cartos, cannot stand attys, and the 510 cartomizers make my juice taste funny. :?:

I have a Super Tornado, but recently go the EGO kit from Nicotine Nirvana's 4th of July sale. The value cannot be beat.

Having a PV that "looks" like a cigarette is not near as important as having one that lasts a long time on a charge. Just wish it fit in my pocket better.

removing the bridge is exactly that...for those that direct drip only...it's grabbing hold of the mesh bridge in the atty and ever so gently yanking it out....
can only drip with it at that point but it allows direct access to the coil

Hmm ... Interesting. I've been dripping with it in tact with no problems - dripping directly onto it in fact. What are the benefits to removing the mesh bridge?

Hi oettinger! I've never had a problem with the 510 attys - in fact they seem to last me forever. I agree with you - having a PV that looks like a cigarette is not important to me at all either & I love the look of the eGo - super cool! LoL

Not a problem with the atty per se, but the constant dripping to full the cart up. My V4L Cool Carts take like 35 drops of juice.

510 cartomizers are the answer for me, and I got some, but they ALL taste like rusty metal to me. Both Boge and SLB.
