Just for fun, my Drunker and eVic finally made it to the office. Some how being at work just got better.

Now that the office is fully stocked, I can get back to work.
Has anyone experienced heat issues while charging? When I plug mine in to charge and after 20-30 minutes, I go to the home screen on the evic, the overheat warning is flashing. When I go to check the temp, it registers anywhere from 97-107 degrees. Should I be concerned?
having another problem with my evic. the top quarter of the screen isn't working (can't see anything) and the bottom flickers. when i power off, the device won't power back on, it will show the joyetech logo and just die. i have to take plug the head into my computer and disconnect it for the screen to show up at all again. even sometimes when the screen is off it still vapes...bizarre. anyone else experience this issue?

Sounds like the flash image is bad. You may have to put 1.1 back on it and re-upgrade to 1.2 in order to resolve this. I am just a computer and electronics geek and could very well be wrong. However for what it is worth and it likely won't hurt to try.
Actually a Flash back to Factory Default then update to 1.2 would be the proper way to attempt correcting.
tried factory reset to 1.2 and it didn't work, then tried downgrading to 1.0 back to 1.2 and didn't work either. contacted joyetech and they said juice probably leaked into the head, screwing up the screen. they told me to contact the vendor so i'll see what happens.
I am sorry to hear that. I never asked but assumed that the thing was sealed and that leaking into it was nearly impossible.
That really sucks. Please keep us informed of how your Vendor and Joy-Tech handle it.
Totally bummed for you.
Wow, it would take some serious bad luck for that to happen. First you would have to get a major leak to push past the seal. Second it would have to be Spot on to get into the screen.
Everything in the head sits Vertical and the Screen is an actual LCD display.
Bum luck!
Did you actually try this? eVic Factory reset code
joyetech told me to contact vendor, vendor said since it's been more than a cpl of months (it's been no more than three) they can't replace it. btwn having to ship back twice bc the heads were recalled and now this, i am pretty POd.
yea idk about this leakage theory, my splitfire pretty much never leaks. tried the factory reset, no dice.
23mm. The 20mm looks goofy with the AGA-T2.Theres 2options 20mm or a 23mm top cap..? Which one shud i use if im using it with aga t2
The short warranty, refusal to do anything about it, and overall poor quality (don't care what anyone says) is a reason to buy from a company that stands behind their product.
Why don't you stop trolling and be more helpful.
Cuz it seems like half of the provari owners feel bad about spending that much on a VV, so they troll the VW/evic threads![]()
He can request Joyetech accept the control head back for examination or that they intervene with the dealer.
