Yeah, I should have done some retakes, etc but I wasn't in the mood to get crazy with editing. I recorded this with my Playstation 3.

Sloppily done, no script, not much thought into it until I started talking. I say 'uh' and 'uhm' a lot and I repeat myself a lot.

Have fun and enjoy! :D

Very nice review. This is the first time I've heard about the batteries being exchangable between 306 and 510. Good to know in case of supply problems!

BTW, you talked about this few times, but never recorded how you managed to swap the black mouth-piece end with a white one. I only have the black 510 right now, but am not able to open the "filter". How did you do that?

Thank you! :)

On the end of the mouthpiece I gently used my teeth and sorta squeezed the end as I rotated it, there's two tabs and you'll feel them when you squeeze and it'll pop the end cap off. Don't bite down too hard. Also useful for emptying that little reservoir of liquid condensation that can build up.

Hope that helps.

Okay, thanks, got it open! I didn't even realize that you could open the thing -- didn't see anything in the instruction sheet about it. There is rather large space there when you open it and there was some liquid collected.

But how does the liquid get there? Is this coming from the atomizer if it is too wet? Or is it from the mouthpiece if you make the poly filling too wet? Could you refill the cartridge with eliquid from this side?

Think of steam... it condenses as it passes through stuff. The vapor is like steam and it condenses and collects on surfaces as it makes it's way through the e-cig.

So I guess this reservoir is the reason why I don't suck in the liquid that sometimes happens with 801 or 901?

If true, shouldn't we be draining the reservoir once in a while?

I don't have the 801 or the 901.

For my 510, I drain my end cap once a day. I wipe it out with a Q-tip cotton swab and it's good to go. If you let it sit there too long, it'll congeal and get thick.

Thanks for this! Never felt the need to do it, but just found out that it works... never know when that will come in handy!

Does the 510 work just as well with the 306 batttery (aside from duration of use)-- is the amount of vapor the same?

It's about the same (as you can see in the vid) but I haven't used at length like that. I assume performance is similar in the beginning but drops off rather quickly as the 306 battery will drain faster due to the 510 atomizer being a lot larger.

Thanks for all the comments guys!! :w00t:

That was a great video bizzybot. I just got my 510 from eloctronicstix today and am really pleased with it. Glad I made the purchase!

Now I'm just waiting for empty bottles so I can start cutting some of the liquids I have. 36mg is way too strong!

I've bought bottles from here: DIY Liquid Accessories

I really, REALLY like 4ml glass dropper bottle for on the go and you get really precise with the drops because the dropper bulb is soft and the tip is small!

He also has large 15ml glass bottles that work well for mixing.

Bri, I do not believe the 901 is compatible with the 510 or the 306. I know that the carts might fit on the 901 and visa-versa, but I'm not sure where I read that.

Dude that review was awesome! Good job

Thanks! Means a lot coming from you! I must have watched the review on the RN4081 you did over and over because I thought it was cool!

I plan on doing a bit more serious vid, outlining the stuff I've learned and I'm going to try to make it fit in 10 mins!
