So I just got my joyetech eGrip in the mail today and after about 30 minutes I'm getting a burnt hit every 4-5 hits ? Tried changing the wattage, I'm pretty sure I'm using a 50/50 juice... what's happening ? Coil can't be bad as it is brand new and even with the wattage in low it does this. Really ...... off. Any help ?

The general consensus is that the stock coil assemblies perform poorly. I and I believe most eGrip users posting here are using the eGrip rba. The performance is far superior.
I'm not upset with anything besides the burnt taste and the whole reason I bought it was I didn't want to build anything

there is a video on how you can use the Aspire bvc coils (not the ones for the nautilus but the other ones), or you can use the coils made for the GS Air. IMHO, both work far better than the stock egrip coils.
Okay I'll look into that. They really only taste burnt when you are up in the 20W range but if those work better I'm all for it.
