has anyone got one yet?

Got mine yesterday from cignot. This thing is great! A bit bigger than my ego, quite a bit, but not huge. I wanted something with longer battery life, larger tank, VV, yet not flashlight sized. Really digging it so far. I have yet to use the mvr software and really play around with the different modes.

got mine from ecig hellas about a week ago, damn good mod, the C2 atomizer is also very good a lot better than the ego-c heads, looks more like a heavy duty ego-c. I noticed that if you remove the 2 upper wicks in the atomizer the hit gets a lot stronger. Also connects to MVR so give you quite a bit of control which for me is a huge plus. Only thing i noticed is when the tank is almost empty it seems that liquid enters the airway and sounds like its gurgling. another con may be the size of the battery tube, would be nice to have something half its size.

No offence intended to anyone but the provari may be better quality circuitry and material, but totally outdated in every other aspect. If it wasn't for the name it would be hard to distinguish amongst the huge range of mods getting produced by no-name companies in china. Another thing is the price for the provari mentioned is just the mod (no atty, etc), this is a full set and only need liquid to get someone started with mods. So i find it unfair to compare something totally outdated with something that is of very good quality and above all unique.

my compliments to joyetech for yet another winner! :vapor:

Thanks for the quick review pros and cons. I agree though i would like to see something a bit smaller. How well is the air control feature combining with the control head as far as hitting. Do you see large differences in each mode?

I received the electron-s from totally wicked yesterday (30 year anniversary present - thanks honey :) which is their branded version of the emode. I don't mind the little Totally Wicked devil head Icon, adds a little character. From the first fill-up, no dry hits and so far no leakage. Totally wicked is having a 20% off sale (I think it ends tomorrow) so I got the kit for $104 and snatched an extra battery too.

My fear is getting stuck with an atomizer that couldn't be rebuilt - but will figure that one out later. Also good to know, device works great with Penelope and protank II - so probably most 510 threaded atomizer devices.

It's a long stick, but I imagine there will be a shorter tube offered at some point, as the evic came out with short tubes. The long lasting battery is a plus at least.

The unit vapes well, VV and VW settings are responsive. The original tank and c2 atomizer are pretty nice - no muted flavor from the juice, good vapor production.

I uploaded a few pics with the Electron-S with the different tank systems. Left to right - with protank II, with c2 tank (original) and with Penelope tank.

I think it may become my out and about vape as it looks pretty sharp and has the 2100 mah battery.

I haven't played with the Joyetech MVP software yet. One thing I did notice, almost lost the little mini usb plug- they give you a couple extra, so just a warning for any future buyers.

Arrived a week ago!
As there is no more the black model I ordered gray metal. On opening the box I find the elegant gem already assembled and ready for use, a second atom, the sockets for the power, the battery 2100, the manual, a second tip in flat black plastic, coatings for transparent tip, two parts of the rubber plug for the USB connection (much more comfortable than rigid plastic EVIC).
The feeling of holding it in your hand is just good robustness and manageability, maybe the limit is slightly too long compared to its diameter.
I unscrew the body atomizers and try to put it on Evic and Mvp, the attack is the classic 510 and there are no problems. So you can also buy just the atomizer body and use it on any BB .
The atomizer body is relatively slim but holds about 3 ml of liquid, I would say perfect.
I unscrew the cap and put the liquid Ovale Texas that I know well. The two side holes to fill are so comfortable, but attention only if the spout of the bottle is not thin enough liquids will slide to the center.
I close and start vaping. Since the first shots I sense that this system has been designed to improve the shortcomings of the previous model. Never dry hits or leakage because, and this is the most important news, the atom is immersed in the liquid and no draft problems as it happened with the first model head ego -c.
The vapor is then returned denser and the aroma very well.
With the key provided then you can adjust the airflow and it, together with the possibility of varying voltage or wattage within a shot (such as EVIC) makes this product the top for those who have followed the development of the ego -c system.
Compared to Evic do not have the display but in the end just as well because all the functions are the same and are adjustable by software but is better for immediate use the scroll wheel to really practice and smooth.
I look forward to using it another little while to see the duration of the Atom that I hope at least equals that of the first model (although I think and I hope it lasts longer).

LOL, the whole, how long does the battery ask question, how can a person even answer that? It all depends on how long the fire button is depressed for. My flashlight batteries last an awful long time if i don't turn it on. Comparing battery run time, I know everyone does it, just don't understand how come.

Here's the specs that Joyetech gives for the battery that comes with the emode:

The SANYO 16650 is the eMode's batttery, well known for its high-safety, quality, and capacity, at 2500mAh.

I couldn't find a review on the 2500 mAh Sanyo, I suspect the following is the same battery.
When I get the Emode, I'll see if the battery has any labeling upon the wrap.
http://lygte-info.dk/review/batteries2012/Intl-outdoor Sanyo 16650 2100mAh (Red) UK.html

I have an EMode coming, should be here soon. Was a private sale, seller said it was too large for his liking, he used it once and sold it to me for 50 bucks.

edit:
Oh, what else is new with chinese products. Just looked online at their instruction manual, it indicates their battery is 2100 mAh, not 2500 mAh like stated elsewhere on their site. These chinese companies don't care about specifications or misleading the consumer. Stretching the truth to sell products is seen as an acceptable business practice. Not knocking the Emode itself as I have yet to use it, rather just pointing out another example of the deceitful marketing used by some companies.

Thats good to know that the ProVari is so outdated! Do you have any pictures of your eMode next to your ProVari?

Here's the address for Joyetech if you'd like to send them compliments personally.

Wow! The warranty for this company is amazing!
Two whole months!
Warranty Terms and serial number function

All authorized Joyetech retailers, no matter the web shop or off-line store, must provide a two-month warranty to end users. Consumers can enjoy the following service provided by the Joyetech retailers: the first month replace and the second month repair.

2. When developing new sub-distributors, agents are better to clarify this warranty requirement. Applicants can be accepted only after they promise to comply with warranty policy. In the future, if users complain warranty, we will find out the distributors through the serial number and ask them directly to serve users.

An important role for warranty — Serial Number

In order to protect legitimate rights of users, Joyetech has pasted package serial number label on all the package boxes of Joyetech eRoll and eVic starter kits since September 2012, and then applied for all the other Joyetech products successively.

Users can check the authenticity of these products on the following website: Joyetech Support. If the product is original, our system will show you the relevant package serial number. Meanwhile, the serial number and security code are also required for products warranty and after-sales service
.

The warranty is good if you keep your original packaging with the serial number lol,
Oh, and be sure you check the site for their list of approved vendors, there is a certain popular shop in Canada that isn't an 'authorized' vendor so you'll be out of luck there too! Anyways, two months isn't very long, so you shouldn't have to worry about using the warranty!

Again, not judging the product itself as I have yet to get my hands on it, should be here next week, instead just looking at the business model the company runs under.
