My wife said tonight: "I think your vaping is becoming a problem"

I replied:"I sorry dear, I really don't see a problem"

So I am really digging the eroll and the performance of the tank system. Enough I am considering the idea of retiring my 808 collection and perhaps look at the ego-c or ecab as my larger partner device. Any other eroll users also use egoc or ecab and/or have gone all joyetechs tank system? Just curious. Maybe I am just bored with cartos and clearomizers, a change of pace would be nice.

My Wife uses an Ego-T.
I never got into them but then again, my attempt at their use was before all the large tank systems, etc.
I started with a manual 510...but sucked so hard my gums hurt.
I found the REO mods... Now I have 9 of them. I'm going to let one of my mini's go- I never use it.
But my every day vape is a stealthy little Reo Mini and my eRoll...once I'm home I vape heavily on either my Reo Grand or Variable Voltage Reo Grand or Woodvil. I really do like the bottom feeder which lasts forever (juice and batteries) with a rebuildable atomizer.

If you're bored, you might want to check out the Reo family of mods...they have their own sub-forum here. Reos Mods
The Reo is a no-holds-bard, heavy duty vaping apparatus that is well backed up and fool proof...

I bought an ego-C before the eroll came out. I use it when I'm just vaping, watching TV, etc. It's a good companion to the eroll for dry burning, and using the same atty. Simplicity.
I did clearomizers for awhile, but got tired of twirling and tipping and topping off when the juice level dropped. Even being larger, I felt like I had to fill them just as often if not more. I never liked cartos. I keep a couple of attys handy for trying liquids, but I really don't use anything else anymore.

Are you sure it isn't the primer they use on the atties when you take them out of the pack? I can't stand that taste!

The newer joyetech atties should have no primer, but i do know the taste. If you take the cart and just suck through it without it on the battery you can taste the plastic

I bought an ego c upgrade passthrough as my first ego battery. I love it. I got an ego c tank set up free with an order, and only used it a few times (I was really into clearos at the time). My love of the eroll made me give it a second chance and now I love it, too. Still mainly using the eRolls with three different flavors to switch up during the day, but when I relax at night with just one flavor, I've been using the ego c.

Thanks. Screw it went ahead and picked up a ego c kit. I'm sitting here looking at $20+ for replacement attys and for 30 more I got the c kit which includes the Atty pack. Anyways I've done it, time to pack up the 808 gear and go all joyetech for a while. Hope it works out ;). Anyways speaking of eroll.....I have found that the little plastic case that my 808 cartos used to come in works good for storing eroll tanks. I can get 6 to fit nice and snug, no pocket rattles

Mine just fired up in the case.

It just started, luckily I was sitting right by it and heard that oh-so-familiar sizzle. Opened the case and touched the cone, and it was very warm.

I hadn't even had it charging for long, maybe five mins? It was still lit up and charging when it started sizzling, so if I hadn't been right here, I wouldn't have even noticed it.

I pulled it out, let it cool down, hit it (worked fine), and put it back in the case. Now it's charging fine. How many is tht now? Three? I forget how many others have had this issue.

Yeah, maybe even more. I haven't had it happen yet but I will definitely be paying more attention. This is something we all need to be aware of.

The Kanger t2 or the vapeonly bcc with a ego glamour ring work nice on your ego c battery too btw, just in case you ever want a beast tank for something. ;D I wish there was a eroll clearo lol

I have had the eroll fire in the case. I think it was more a result of the liquid getting into the battery. I think fluid is either shorting the connection to the atty, or causing the diagram to stick. I started cleaning the cone (well attempting to I should say) after every tank.

When you vape there is some condensation left on the inside of the cone. Over time condensation is going to build up and either come out somewhere, or drain into the battery. Haven't had that problem again since I started to clean the cone out more often. I was thinking to try some Vaseline around the atty to get a better seal, but I am sure not what will happen to the Vaseline if heat is involved.

Stand the bad battery up for a while to see if liquid drains out of it.

It could be from condensation buildup. I normally do clean the cone every time I refill, but I've been busy working on some things today so I've just been popping a cart off and popping a new one on. I'll clean it out good right now. And I won't slack again. :)

Edit: Yep, it's pretty damp all around the atty.
