Thanks, I loved minis and started with the NPRO, 401 and 901. I got in the habit of holding it by the LED tip or just dangling it hands free, so I don't think that would be a problem for me. I do think that the primer puff and tight draw/over sucking may have been be behind some of the upper respiratory issues that have been reported. I don't love manuals because of the button, I just want it to draw! Smoking was mindless. Thanks!

The draw is perfect, i have an old 402 and this is lighter than it, so you should be thrilled. If you hold it by the tip its actually sort of nice because you can see the light on your fingertips. Ive broken in 5 attys ( i have 4 batts) One of them i didnt break in very well and it doesnt hit that great, another i really failed and it hits like garbage, you have to really work for it. So i set those 2 aside, maybe ill boil them and try again at some point. The other ones i pushed the wick down a bit, presoaked them with eliquid, overfilled the carto so it would pretty much clog them (you get some gurgle, but only do this with a brand new atty) and you know youve done it right. The 3 ive broken in like that hit just as hard as my ego mini and kr808 and im using LR clearos on both of those. I sometimes still use my kr808 at home just because it holds more juice, but 90% of the time at least i use nothing but this eroll now

I'm really interested in these because I really miss those days when my 401 hit perfectly.
What is the draw like on the eroll?
I have found the Tsunami disposable to have a decent draw. I'm waiting for my sample NJOY King. It will probably spoil me.
I don't want something that requires a primer puff or a lot of sucking!

the 401 was the first (and for a year and a half) the only model I liked. The draw on the eroll is much easier..and I gave up trying to fill 401 cartridges after a week. I have not noticed any nasty primer in the c atty. ( the eroll is lighter and shorter than the 401, easier draw and more convenient. I do recommend the ucan for filling, although the plastic needle dripper tips work just as well. the ucan is portable. I used to replace my m401 atty every other week or so, and put up with decreased performance. the eroll atty "revives' much easier. It performs very much like the ego/ecab.

I'm exploring buying some eRolls for Christmas for friends who smoke.
I checked out all the prices and it seems VaporGod is the cheapest for the initial kit but when I emailed them (and they were nice enough to send me a reply), that's all they have right now until mid-January. My hope was to buy everything in one place. I also like the idea of giving a U-Can with the eRoll...but I found that the tip of the cart (where you fill it) comes off allowing easier filling- so I will just instruct folks to do it that way. In regards to buying the separate items (another cone/sleeve for instance), it appears that litecigusa.net has everything else for the eRoll...so essentially, buy the kit from vaporGod and extras from litecigusa. Of course there is my friend over at iVape.net (Joe) and he has everything although not listed on his site and his starter kit just went up to $59.99...so unless you can call him and work out a deal, you would not really save with him. I have not bought from VaporGod before but those who have seem to be pleased. When I bought my attys, a cone and carts for the eRoll from litecigusa, their shipping was fast and reasonable!!

Btw, I continue to use these little eRolls- I love them!! After using for awhile, I do think the LR atty does give just a hint more vapor but they also drain the battery faster. The difference in vapor production and throat hit is so small that if you value a longer firing battery over that, I say stay with the regular atomizers!

You might take a look at Mount Baker Vapor. Price is close to the $59 you mentioned but color choice did not seem to be a problem. Also, their kit comes with some e-liquid and a needle spout that allows refill without removal of tank top. You might (don't know since I didn't look before my purchase) find a 10% discount code around if you look. But for certain, order one and 10% should come. Shipping ended up free too for just one. Also, even though based in Washington, got order back in KY in 2 days from order date.

I should get my eRoll this Tuesday based on the tracking info. I normally vape at 12mg -- but I chain vape, most of my job is driving and I just don't stop vaping at all when driving. I'm anticipating my eRoll as being my non-driving vape, when I'm stuck doing paperwork and need a 10 minute break, when I'm at home in the evening and want to step outside for a minute, when I'm walking out of the mall after Christmas shopping and need to decompress, etc. I'm thinking of stepping up to 24mg or more for the eRoll, since I plan to use it like I did cigs -- quick boost, short break. What do you eRoll users think about this? Good idea, bad idea?

Any way you want to use it should be fine. It is great for a quick get away puff and back to work. Just not my idea of an all day chain vape PV. I use mine sporatically. I recently took a trip and used it in the airport bathrooms and on the plane in the bathroom. Made the lay over less of a hassle as I did not have to go through security and outside to get my fix like in the old days.

i had originally planned on increasing the nic just for the eroll. found I did not need to as it has good delivery system (I actually needed to decrease when I started using this atty just over a year ago). I also planned on using it as a "timing devise" as I did smoking... the procrastination of...after I have a cigarette..lol. I do that with the eroll...till the battery gives out. but I have two cones, so two full units and charge one while I use the other..yeah...chain vape. increasing the nic should suit your intentions. but I am not convinced that you actually need to double the content...just opinion. but I have to admit..never tried 24 mg...maybe I am just chicken..lol :D
anyway...have fun with the new toy.

Really excited to have a new toy. But I'm curious about your two battery (I assume you mean two full usable units, including battery, not just two cones). Without a nice charging station to put it in, don't you just end up misplacing your other battery all the time? Right now I have two egos (a twist and a regular). One is always in my pocket, one is always plugged in at home. I can't imagine having to remember to put the small battery in pocket into my case/charger every time I started vaping, then when I change into my PJs at night.. what do I even do with that extra battery so I don't just leave it in my pocket in my hamper where it stays forever. You must be a very meticulous person.

Wait I think I get what you were saying, you have two full eRoll units and PCCs, or you have an eRoll plus another vaping system set up. Cool, that's what I want to do I guess. You mentioned never trying 24mg. I started at 36 with the idea of using it occasionally like I did cigs, but realized I loved vaping so much.. went down to 24 and was able to chain vape. Went down to 12 and noticed no difference at all so stuck with it. Hm, remembering my experience with 36mg vaping (i'd vape maybe 5-10 puffs and be done) maybe that's actually what I want for the eRoll. Hm.

I think I read earlier in the thread that Pan bought an extra cone in order to have to full ecigs. So that one can be charging while the other one is vaped. (The kit comes with an extra battery but only one cone).

I did that too, actually 2 extra cones and one extra battery in my case - making a total of three full little ecigs - but haven't used the backups at all. Still in the box. The reason I bought the extras - is because of high shipping costs incase I need to replace a lost or broken component. Even just a tiny spare battery or whatever, could come to between $4.50 to $17 S&H depending on which vendor or country I bought it from... China or US.

The way this little device is meant to be used, the spare battery is really just a backup incase of failure. Unless one intends to chain vape, it works well just by replacing it back in the PCC after use.

lol..wish I was meticulous. I do not know HOW i have not lost one of these yet! Probably because I usually have one in my hand and one in the pcc. Funny..because I was constantly misplacing my ego..set it down..lose it for hours.... at work I keep them in opposite coat pockets. I now have a "check before leaving ritual..pcc with e-roll..check...eroll, check..ecab..3 batteries..ucan...OKAY..i can leave now..lol

To upload pics, use an image hosting site, there are several. I use TinyPic.

Go to TinyPic. Resize to 'Website' for medium or 'Message Board' fof large / Browse pic and find on your PC/ and Upload Pic / copy IMG code /paste IMG code in your forum post where you need it.

P.S. message board or smaller is is better unless it is a gorgeous arty shot or something lol.

Cool! I think if there were air holes in the pen cap, one could have a quick stealth vape on that in a tight situation, and no one would be the wiser. You would just look like an idiot with a pen in your mouth lol!!!!

I bought a couple of extra batteries and cones because I wanted the experience to be as close to the ease of taking a cigarette out of the pack and smoking it as it could. Now I fill five tanks, put them on the batts and keep them in a small case. I pull one out and vape it until it needs charging, then stick it in the PCC and grab the next one out of the pack. I can fill the tanks with different flavors if I want or fill them all with my all day vape. I have my UCANN with me in case I need more juice, but for me, this is great for when I want a fiddle-free day. I used to grab my pack of smokes and my lighter and go. With this, I can grab the small case, the PCC, my UCANN and go. Only one more item so not too bad. All five attys would have to die at the same time for me to run out of backups, so I feel pretty safe with this setup. And the PCC holds a charge for a good long time.

I really like this little guy. It doesn't have the power and flexibility of my twist and my mini-provari, but it's definitely satisfying and so nice when you want something discreet, something light weight, and something hands-free. I can stick a couple in my pants pocket when I'm moving around the house doing laundry or cleaning. It's great when you want to try a new flavor or just want to use a flavor for a brief change and don't want to fill up a whole nova or stardust. With the UCANN, I never have to worry about prying off the plastic end cap or worry about it snapping off like it sometimes did on my other similar tank systems. Filling up the tanks literally takes a couple of seconds, then I put a couple of drips directly on the atty, pop the tank back on and I'm ready to vape. Couldn't be easier.

I know this setup isn't for everybody, but I'm really happy with it. I have days when I'm very happy to fiddle with stardusts and novas and rebuilding attys, etc. but I also have days when I just don't have the time or patience to deal with it and just want it to be more like smoking. This is perfect for me on those days. And I love that the batts and cones are inexpensive enough to have a couple of them in rotation. When I need to be discreet around certain people, I can either easily palm the PV and take it to a private spot or even grab the PCC and it will look like I'm just taking my phone to the ladies room with me. Very nice for those times when stealth vaping is necessary or desirable.

An added bonus for me personally is that I started on an ego and have some leftover ego-C attys that were never going to be used because I never use my ego-C with the plastic tanks anymore, only with stardusts. Now I can use them on this.
