OK, we are at about 2 months since the first post of an Eroll in hand.
They seem to appeal to many of us that started on auto minis. I expect mine to arrive next week. I debated, as I've even considered hunting down another 401 kit, but didn't want the hassle of small carts, short batt life, sticky auto switches..., then until I tried and njoy King, which is hard to find and price prohibitive, but WOW!. I want an auto mini!
My big concern is...
Is anyone haveing trouble with the juice leaking into the switch?
Is the switch pressure or mic?
I'll have to see about the draw because that is such an individual thing...
I ordered 2, couldn't beat the price. I just hope I love it and it isn't a hassle.

The juice i use is undiluted kosher 80/20 and is pretty thick, it works really well as long as you give it a shake to get the air bubbles away from the wick and to the top of the tank, otherwise they block the whole end and you get burnt. If you find the Bobas still too thick you could always add a few drops of distilled water or vodka to thin it out if you have a separate needle fill tank

edit: sweet score on the wife not liking it btw, ive been using mine 2 months, and its all i use now.

It's not really the thickness of Boba's that works me, it's the amount of solids dissolved in it. It will gunk a coil like crazy. The only way I really vape it is dripping in a Phoenix atty. I've tried it in lots of other setups Odys, Pene's, Spheroid, Genisis, ViviNova, Carto tanks....I'd get good vapor and flavor, but having to clean the coils so often was too tedious to be worth the hassle. The Phoenix is really quick and easy to dry burn, and it seems to get better after each one. It would probably great in the eRoll, but only for a few minutes. I've got some extracted tobacco juices that are also full of solids and act similar although they are PG based. I drip them too.

I have found that I am enjoying my eroll with some higher nic juice. I usually vape 12mg, but I put some 24mg in a tank and am really enjoying it. Perfect vape for out and about. Has any one else upped their nic level when using their eroll?

Yup. Been using 45 and 48mg juice in mine. I'm smoking it like I used to smoke cigarettes (once or twice per hour). Loving it.

I use 24 or 36mg when I want to vape a lot, depending on how much I think I will want to. But the key to the eRoll, imho, is to use it like you use a real cigarette and go for the high nic liquids.

The only issued I have been having with mine, on both batteries is I dont get a consistant draw resistance. It seems sometime I gotta suck real hard to get her to vape up but other times its just as I like it and works fantastic with a nice and easy draw. Anyone else notice this and is there a way to fix it. It does it with my silica atty and my SS Mesh atty.

Thanks for the input. Sometimes autos are like an analog, and other times they require too much sucking and a primer puff.

I've been toying around with mine and it seems like the more I use it the better it gets. I guess those tiny attys need a brief break-in period. I do have one cartridge that doesn't seem to work as well as the others, that seems to be the only problem I've had so far. As far as throat hit I'm getting a pretty good TH with 6mil juice. Go figure.

Make sure your finger doesn't cover the air hole on the atomizer cone.

Sometimes the air holes on my cart close up a bit, you can open them back up with a small screwdriver or razor.

18Mg Atomic fireball hits like a truck still. I always end up using it when i cant feel the other 18mg anymore. Thinking of going to 24 with the red flavor

Personally, I have no leakage issues at all. I check ..and check..expecting to find a puddle in the pcc or excess droplets in the battery. NONE so far..with the exception of slight moisture in the pcc once or twice where the tank meets the cone...not at the battery joint. so slight i wiped it out with my pinkie..lol. (4 weeks with the original atty's and tanks). I have not noticed the batteries to be sound activated like my m401's...I once had ALL of my 401 batteries firing randomly in their case..and drained within an hour at the casin0...the eroll made it all night without issue (3years later..same casino...lol..)

Hello E-Rollers! Or erollers? Not certain of the nomenclature. I digress! I have read this entire thread and been keeping up with it, trying to convince myself to get one of these toys, but before I bite that bullet I figured I'd ask the experts! Ok, I'm very new to ECF, but I've been vaping for a couple years. I started way back in the day with a dinky Envy mini. Since moved through egos, tanks, all the way to my current Twists and rebuildable genny's. Here's my issue; I still smoke analog cigarettes. I've cut back considerably, but my problem is that since my vape gear has evolved into something totally un-cigarette-alike, I now have two distinct habits. I'll vape inside and on long drives, but when I have a craving for a cigarette I still take a step out for fresh air. I've come to the conclusion that if I'm going to replace smoking with vaping that I need something to replace the habit, not just the nicotine and oral fixation. No jokes! Haha, nevermind, nobody can say the phrase 'oral fixation' without expecting jokes. Hell, I hope for some good ones! That's a challenge people! Anyways, I've played around with the NJOY king, and I have to say, it's impressive. But in my head I'm still associating it with vaping instead of smoking, but since it looks and feels like a cigarette it's a lot easier to try to use when I want a real cigarette. Now, I know that ninety percent of vaping is the juice, not the rig, but at the same time I think this might be a legitimate replacement for analogs. The king is just too expensive, and the tinkerer in me ( I LOVE rebuildables) will not allow me to consistently purchase a disposable when something rechargeable and refillable is available. My question to all of you is two part. One, for all of you that have tried the king, how do they compare? And again, I'm not necessarily talking about the juice/flavor; as far as tobacco flavored juice the organic tobacco from DV does it for me. I'm more wondering if the device itself will be helpful to me in finally quitting analogs. What I REALLY want to know is, even though the eroll only just looks like a cigarette, does it satisfy in regards to the actual act of smoking? I honestly think I'm more addicted to the habit of smoking than the taste/flavor/texture of actual smoke. I think this guy is a win for me, but I figured since I finally hit my five posts (I'm an FNG here, remember?) that I would ask all of you. Thanks!

One, for all of you that have tried the king, how do they compare?
I bought an Ovale eMini (eRoll) because I hoped they would be a decent alternative to the NJoy King that I liked so much.
So far I am neither impressed nor disappointed.

It is just a tiny bit longer than the NJoy King, but...

It was quite a bit heavier than the King, and it is borderline whether it is reasonable for most people to hold it like a cigarette.
Since I am 6'5" and 250 pounds, I was able to hold it like a cigarette, but I'm not sure a smaller person could do so comfortably.

Also, it was pretty much too heavy to dangle from your lips, which I could do with the King.

Another issue that I had was that if I didn't keep the tip pointed down, I would start getting dry hits.
And another was that I could not see the tip light up when taking a drag.
Not really huge big deals, but unfortunate nonetheless.

So, to summarize...
--Could not hold it exactly like a cigarette, but close enough for me
--Could not dangle it from my lips like the NJoy King
--Could not see the tip light up like the NJoy King
--MUCH cheaper than using NJoy King disposables would be
--Can refill with any flavor you want
--Somewhat better vapor production than the NJoy King

All things taken into account, it gave me most of what I was looking for, but...
If the NJoy King was refillable that would definitely be my choice.

DC2, I notice that all of your comments are past tense. Have you parked it or are you still using it?
I am suprised to here that the vapor production is better than the King, but I guess that's all about the juice and it's VG content.
Good comparison review though. Thanks.
Oh, sorry about that, I just copied and pasted my review from after the first night I used it.
So when I first wrote that it was past tense as in from the night before.
:)

The eRoll is not my primary device though.
Not even my secondary device.

I only use it when I am going out for an evening where I don't want to drip.
Like maybe a party, or dinner and a movie, or something like that.

Otherwise, dripping in my 650mah Twist is still my usual choice for portability when I'm going to be out and about.

I'd say the eRoll will be a suitable replacement for your disposable e-Cig habit, but if NJoys aren't helping you stop using traditional cigs, I don't think the eRoll will do any better for you. It will, however, be a heck of a lot cheaper. The eRoll doesn't seem any closer to a traditional cig than a disposable, but both are much closer than a large mod or eGo.

I hope you find what works best for you to kick the rest of the flammables! Maybe only use an eRoll/disposable outside while taking a "break" like you do traditional cigs now. Or try whole alkaloid juices?

@Edible_Funk I can relate to where you're at regd using ecigs to quit analogs & whole the eRoll is quite similar to the 'real deal', imo it's not any more convincing than any other device. Personally I quit using the twist/vision after previously being introduced to ecigs with kr808, so really choice of Ecig simply comes down to your needs/preferences in relation to these gadgets.

Back to quitting analogs- the only way I could manage it was to just cut the cord. Period. Don't buy analogs, and if they're around just put them down. Trust me the Ecig will satisfy your nicotine needs and soon enough you'll appreciate the many improvements it will have brought to your lifestyle. Just give it a real shot- exclusively- and I'm sure you can switch over if you want bc these get the job done. Now back to the eRoll -it's easy to use & doesn't feel strange to use in public, which are important hurdles when trying to commit to the change so yes I will recommend it but you have to decide to quit analogs separately bc this device can't do that for you.

All the best! --kewldood

The big benefit of the eRoll over a disposable (besides cost) is that you can up your nicotine dosage easily. Over other rechargables, IMO the benefit is that it's easy to deal with -- namely that you don't have to disassemble it to charge it.

Going to 4.5% liquids finally got me off of analogs (two weeks now and zero pain). I use it like a real cigarette (6-8 puffs and put it away for an hour or so). Fill the tank only twice per day now, which is made simple with the ucan.

I've been trying to get off cigarettes using ecigs with various devices for 3 years now. eRoll plus high nic liquid is all that worked for me.
