joyetech wall adapter and ipod? good idea?

so yeah my friend is in desperate need of a wall adapter..and he asked me if he could use my joyetech wall adapter for ego c...

i dont use it anymore but i dont want his ipod to explode..it seems to have same specs as a normal wall adapter from belkin or else


so is this ok?
