Got a bonus 20ml bottle of JS3 McCool which I am guessing is Jokesmoke Mentholated. I have never tried a tobacco type juice before, the thought of it makes me hesitant but since it was free I'll try it. Who knows, I might like it!

Decided to try the E-Phluids first as I want to let the desserts steep for a little while. Lots of flavour and very bold! A very sweet vape (I asked for it extra sweet**) with very noticeable anise/black licorice. The only thing I have to compare this to is MLV's Dilithium Crystals (triple shot). The MLV juice was more menthol than anything, not as sweet and had much less anise/licorice. It was still a good vape but this one is much better (for my tastes).
Don't let the name fool you, the jokesmoke juices are not tobaccos.

I've never had them but afaik they are a near flavourless palette cleanser type juice. They have some flavour but they are very mild.

But yeah, JS Classic and JS 2.0 are the closest you'll get to vaping straight VG/PG or VG -- with just a hint of flavour. Even 'flavour' is a bit of an exaggeration, just a bit of sweet. That's why it's a lot of people's ADV (I go through jags with it myself), it's so clean, you don't get tired of it.
I've never had the Twista, Twizzta, or McCool, so I don't know much extra flavour there is in those. I've got some Twista coming (that's the one with citrus -- lime?), so I'll find out before very long.
I vape it, as you say, as a palate cleanser sometimes. Then it'll become an ADV for a few days. After those couple of days, rediscovering my favourite juices is just...wow. Seriously, my first toot of Gunslinger after a JokeSmoke jag is like the first time I ever vaped it. And when I know I've got an order coming in, I'll try to vape JS the day it arrives, so I can be in drip heaven all evening.
I also use it to lube up atty o-rings and threads before putting them back together. Sure, I could get PG/VG from the pharmacy, but the viscosity of Juggy's stuff is perfect. Needle tip, tiny drop, run it around the o-ring. Nice and smooth, and easier on the rings, no matter how well-machined the parts are. I take apart two or three Kayfuns a week, and even at that rate I might use 2ml a year for this purpose.

I also just got 60ml of Shipwreck from Ahlusion from someone on the forums. It's basically Boba's Bounty with coconut and very tasty.
Eh, I've got some Goodlife juice on the way (some Deadly Sin and El Kamino), I wouldn't call it cheating. I mean, I placed an order for some 200ml of juice from Juggy last night, he knows I'll butter his bread anytime.
Update after receiving my vape mail. Still haven't sampled the other ones so 4/15 sample bottles are open. out of the four I opened (Org Banana, Karma Elixer, Jokesmoke 2.0, JS Tizzter) Jokesmoke 2.0 and Karma Elixer are leading the pack, bouncing between those 2 threw out the day and loving every vape on it. If I had to choose between Jokesmoke 2.0 and Karma Elixer I would have to go with Jokesmoke 2.0 Highly doubt the bottle I have right now will make it to my next vape mail delivery and it will be a sad moment when all the Jokesmoke 2.0 is gone Very glad I found Jugheads! Would recommend buying juice from there!

I might have to order 1L of Heisenberg blue to last me with that Atomizer.
If find that it tastes a bit like cotton candy, but mostly nothing. It really is a Joke Smoke. It is really good for cutting out flavours of other juices you find too strong,
I have a friend that bought the organic vanilla and said it was like vaping vanilla extract, but when she mixes it with joke smoke she loves it. It really is just a base vg/pg/nic mix it seems.
At the very least it's VG/PG/nic + sweetener. But you get more out of it the more you vape it. Not trying to mystify it, it is what it is, but if you're coming off a full-flavour vape into JS you'll think it's less than it is. I vaped it all day today and hit the spot, then I got home and had some Fog*star and it pretty much Blew My Mind. For me, the best time to try something new, or revisit something you like, is after a few hours of JokeSmoke. It kind of recalibrates me. It's a pretty good joke.
In other news, I am jonesing SO HARD for the Karma Elixir portion of my last order. Not going to let myself run out of it again. I've got a Russian coiled, wicked, and ready, and it's saving itself for Karma Day.

It is as close to buying a base as you are going to get without ordering a base. Is that fair?
Ps glad you love the fog star, back when I was using tobacco flavours I felt like it was unloved, but it really is the best tobacco flavour Juggie has. It smells so wonderful, lime a fresh pack when you open it and it vapes so sweet.
I may open this bottle I have had forever just to revisit it, even though tobacco tastes make me sick now.
