Goes to show that people can be so selfish when there's no chance of them being called out for it. It's a shame really....How big of orders did these people make that it made him delay opening again? I was just going to grab a bottle of JS and some Our RY4 if I can get it.... bah

I ordered a couple bottles because I saw the door open so I placed an order. Is it my fault that their webmaster has no clue how to work a website? Does it make me selfish that I saw the website online so I placed the order I've been waiting to place for weeks?

I ordered a couple bottles...

I think Killface is saying that there are probably a couple people who ordered boatloads of juice after the closure and they are the ones who have caused him to be swamped again. Ordering a couple of bottles likely isn't the cause. I don't think he was singling you out.

Of course not, and of course not. But how much juice did you order? I'm just saying that it would be nice if people took him up on his request to go easy on orders for the first while and not make a $150 order. (not saying that's what you did, I have no idea how much you ordered.)

My point was that if a few people making orders when the site was live for a short period was enough to make him delay opening.....how big did those orders have to be? I'm sure there are dozens of people waiting for his site to reopen. How long would he last even if everyone made small orders?

I think everyone should keep in mind that it takes almost as much effort to prepare a small order as it would to prepare a larger one.
Mixing a small batch of juice is only part of the labour involved.
Juggies also has to bottle it, label it, gather an order together, prepare an invoice, package it for shipping, prepare a shipping label and then get it to the post office. I'm sure he also has some other steps that I missed.

Well that really sucks, I guess I've really lucked out with Jugz. Don't give up, his juice is well worth the effort

I'm happy for you .... I truly am ;) ... just seems every time I decide to give them a try the site is down due to falling behind or site errors. It's happened a few times times that I can recall.

One thing most people forget is that the maker of the juice is also most likely the webmaster too! Being very good at one thing doesn't necessarily make him good at other things too! Bottling deliciousness is totally different than crunching code.

Guilty, and I do feel bad. I really though he was up & running early, that's why I put my order in. I did order 5 bottles of juice, which by the way is less than 1/2 of what I usually order at a time

I got an email from Juggy last night and he was preparing for an allnighter! So you can draw your own conclusions!

Ok I dried my teary eyes gimme that kleenex back....have a cold now. bleh.

C'mon really? Calling people selfish isn't necessary. The site was up, people were excited and ordered - seems black and white. So there was a mix up....:censored: happens! The poor guy has been down for awhile, cut him some slack.
Be kind people, we're in this together. Reminds me of Health Cabin's shipping notice...."slow way, have patience". LOL I want that in a T-shirt...love it - sharing the truth :)

I'm sure you could put in an order now and sit around complaining that it is taking too long. I think it's better to receive an order shortly after submitting it? Don't you? Which I'm sure Jughead's is trying to accomplish.

I don't know why I'm giving my 2 cents....pennies aren't even in production anymore and I'm sure this has all been said before. ;)

Its likely this situation would have happened on Tuesday, instead of Monday if it wasn't for the glitch on his website.

Honestly I think regardless of the size of orders he would have been back logged based on the popularity of his juices. As I often see people rave about them and refer to him as a flavor master. Which does not just encourage repeat business but new business from newer members.

I think the fact he honored the orders is awesome, as he would have had every right to request they be resubmitted when the site was reopened. This speaks volumes about his character and why his business is sure to remain successful :vapor:

geez I ordered 3 big bottles and a single sampler.. and that was for 4 people....

It might just have been that alot of us snuck in killface and when he wasn't prepped to be open for another few days it probably funked up his schedule and he still had to fix up the website without bringing it live again...

Sorry I upset you Killface....
