My thoughts here, and not trying to start any trouble, but I'm of the opinion that stores that are difficult to buy from aren't worth counting on for my supplies. I stopped buying from BWB in the US for this very reason. I can't stand it when I'm not able to order at my leisure. Having to stand by somewhere waiting for a specific time to pray I can get an order in really turns me off.

Unfortunately I'm going to have to find some other favorites that I can count on more regularly if this is the way things are going to be. I'd rather wait a few days for the order to be processed than play the game that's happening right now.

Bigwave I get where your coming from. This opening and closing is a little rough and I know this is not how he wants to run the shop. The problem was before he stop closing all the time the shipping times were getting out of control and everyone was getting ...... about that. Either they need to hire more people (not easy in that remote part of Alberta) or risk quality ( not something I would suggest.)

I just make sure when he opens I buy a large quantity of my ADV.

Nubbie nailed it. He's kind of damned if he does and damned if he doesn't right now. If any of you have run a small/one man business and been through a few feast or famine cycles you're probably really familiar with how hilariously frustrating it can be.

(I guess we should all be glad that he doesn't do what I do when I'm particularly in demand and have too much work and too little time, which is raise my prices to ensure that I'm rewarded for doing nothing but work all day long...)

I understand and genuinely feel for them, but at the same time I need a few bottles and haven't been able to order them. Come home from work, eat supper, put daughter to bed, go to the Jugheads site...denied.

Just really dissapointing from an end users perspective. I don't have the time to login like I'm buying a concert ticket from ticketmaster and slam my keyboard frantically.

No big deal, I'll move on and order extra from some of my other sources.

I wouldn't care if it was 3 or 4 or 7 days to process an order, just let me order please.

When he asked for comments on his website that is one of the things I suggested. Stay open and ship at a date to be determined. How many places in the US take a couple weeks before they even ship it?

Exactly....

I have a perfect example myself from late last week. Ordered from Heather's in the US and it hasn't even shipped yet...but I'm totally cool with that because I don't have to be on the site at a certain time and pray that I might be able to place an order before it shuts down.

Opening for a short burst is suicide and asking for trouble honestly. Make people wait however long (3-7 days is fine) it takes, but at least let them place their orders.

No big deal, I'm sure Jugheads will figure it out soon enough.

yeah I agree with you guys..no one really expects a 2-3 day shipping turnaround..it's nice if you're a large business and can handle it, but for a small company just make sure people are aware it may take a week to ship..if they don't wish to wait then don't order..it's pretty simple..oh well hopefully it gets figured out..

Can't stress this enough BACK-UPS. I make sure I always have at least 200-300ml of my favorite from juggy. I really feel for him I see so many new faces around here wanting to try juggy and he just gets hit everytime so hard he has to close again.

If you want the best juice this side of the border it's worth the wait. Juggy shows what time he will open so its pretty simple wait for that time and order. Pluid is only available from Mad Murdock once every 2-3 weeks so I think that we are pretty lucky to get such good joooose at least 2 times per week.

I respect that jugheads is at least trying to keep on top of this but I understand where the frustration is coming from. I suspect that lengthening the shipping time wouldn't really be a fix though. Wouldn't that just give a bit more time of being open before becoming slammed again?

On another note I am trying to pay for my order and RBC requires a name. What do you guys put in for that? (feel free to PM me this info because I would really like to pay for my order)

I'm not sure of the logic we're playing with here, but it makes sense to me that a steady flow of orders that he can take time processing would be far better than having panicked people worried about not getting juice jumping on him with mega-orders, all at once. Eg he opens on a Thurs. and so many people have been waiting and worrying that it's a torrent of orders that are overwhelming.

I'm used to waiting for orders from other vendors. Having my order placed and paid for, I can relax and look forward to receiving my items in due time. Being able to place an order anytime and not having to worry about the site being closed for so many days is much less taxing all around if you ask me.
