Personally I think Porphy needs to step in & take charge as its his business We are ordering from. Some ordered Direct. Carlos Needs a few changes in the way he is running things. & I know he is overwhelmed.

I have no dog in this fight but have been interested in the product since it was first developed. I have followed this thread from the start as well as several in the Juice Box Fans area.
The conclusion I keep coming to is this: Porphy, you are the registered ECF supplier. To whom else can community members turn when Carlos won't/doesn't communicate?

I'm going to take a couple days and look at the issues currently being posted and find out solutions as best I can. I do a lot better when focusing on the solution rather than the problem.
When I posted the update it was because Carlos told me orders were going out from xxx to xxx. That is all I have done from the beginning is act as an intermediary.
