Well I have been doing this since July, joined forum in August. Have had a few different mods, some problems with a couple but all were handled professionally by the vendor and I only post nice things. Never complained. Stuff breaks or has problems. That doesn't upset me. It is the fact that when you politely write with a problem, you are ignored. Here I sit with $100 in a mod that I can't use, can't sell and so what do I do?

just have to look for it.

Lots ignore the group cause of the whining & bickering.
I won't go there no more Cause of it.
Makes me feel like I'm back in grade-school when I read the group.

This Thread is slowly getting out of context also. Probably needs some cleanup.

So tell me if people are having issues and Carlos won't respond to their emails where should the people discuss them?

I'm starting to think this is all just an $89 novelty. Think about, if you can only build two units a day this puts you at $178 gross per day. Now factor in your time, helpers time parts and shipping. This equates to either boredom, bad business sense or dishonesty. As we all line up to give our money. Honestly, just sell the business and idea to someone who will bring it to market. If this all comes down to time and money just charge more for the product and bring the service and honesty to the whole picture of things.

I'm talking about everything else.

People having trouble with boxes should be talking about it. to try & help each other.

Personally I think Porphy needs to step in & take charge as its his business We are ordering from. Some ordered Direct. Carlos Needs a few changes in the way he is running things. & I know he is overwhelmed.

I ordered from avejuice Meaning Avejuice is responsible.
IM not trying to stir up trouble but Personally think there should be 1 thread dedicated for issues. thats my personal Thoughts.

Im sure I will love my box when it arrives. Yes I admit since I got the shipping notice Im having a hard time being patient with the mail carrier.... Stalking the carrier HAHA..

Im back on analogs & will be ordering a indulgence very soon. unless something else comes out with as good of features & price.

Don't get me wrong.. I think Everyone needs to properly think how to handle some of it. & Be calm & Rational During communication. (maybe lack of communication but need to do our best)

Sorry for any misunderstanding.

But if people follow every part of bickering they lose interest to reading the good and bad The tips & Fixes problems issues. they just see childish whining.

look at the thread topic. Look at all the bickering in some of the tips & tricks.
or Updates even. should be used for updates. not for whining.
Sorry I like things a little organized to make it helpful for others.
I hate digging thru bickering to find out nothing important was said. Or maybe even something important could have been said and we miss it.

I ordered from avejuice Meaning Avejuice is responsible.

I think this is where people by and large are confused. Most people believe that my site gets a stock of the Juice Boxes in or that I make some money off of the sales. I guess people being visceral and naturally driven tend to over look the possibility that my site might just be a conduit for sales from Carlos and nothing more.

I make no money what so ever off of the Juice Box. In fact I spend money to keep it up. Carlos offers the product, Carlos makes the product, and Carlos gets all the funds from the product. So when a customer comes to me with a Juice Box question I send them to Carlos for a few reasons:

1.) My handy skills are nil - I buy mods the same as you. Nothing in my codex of knowledge is going to fix your issue.
2.) I live 8000 miles away from where the Juice Box originates. No power gifted to me at birth will allow me to be there during the creation of your Juice Box, nor will I know when it will be shipped out. Except by using the same skill set we all show proficiency in by being on an internet based forum.
3.) There is no valid point for me being between communications between a customer and Carlos (the seller). If anything it adds a new element to the mix for delay, bad communication, and failure.

I'll talk with Carlos about addressing his e-mails more, but you must understand... hopefully you understand that if he dedicates more of his day to e-mails he'll have less actual time to work.

There is a lot more I can say but I'll end it with this; hold me responsible. At the end of the day I want you feeling good about your decisions. I just hope that they are founded and justified.

I have no dog in this fight but have been interested in the product since it was first developed. I have followed this thread from the start as well as several in the Juice Box Fans area.

The conclusion I keep coming to is this: Porphy, you are the registered ECF supplier. To whom else can community members turn when Carlos won't/doesn't communicate?

Lack of communications has been an issue since the juicebox exploded onto the market. Plus the constant lying when Carlos does communicate which isn't very often and usually through someone else is a big concern in my book. There are many mod builders who have a long lead time but they keep their customers informed and don't lie to them to buy more time.

One question Porphy. Did you see any kind of information regarding shipping, like if it actually shipped, before you sent us all this last group of emails? Or was this just a message from Carlos saying "im shipping boxes xxx-xxx tomorrow"? Basically just want to know if these went out sunday or monday. I've been having problems with my local post office and can't get a response from either JBox email regarding a tracking number. Thanks for the quick response to my email to avejuice tho!

I was frustrated When I posted it. & Things may not have come out right.
And I totally agree about the Spending to much time at emails would slow him down more. But with how exploded this whole thing has gotten in the past month It is ridiculous. I have no issues. Don't get me wrong. & Apologize once again for all this.

Users If you feel I was Complaining about AVE or Carlos I apologize to you also.
But I was trying to only get a point across. & hoping Porphy would finally put some ease & help others By talking with carlos to Do a little valid communication

Dang I think im way out of line again I have felt bad instantly from the previous post cause I understand it 1 way yet another way. & Couldn't figure out how to change it. Then passed out from my mind going a million miles a hr. Im gonna shut up now & maybe forever. & I apologize once again

Porphy is a Good Guy Don't get me wrong at all. He has taken care of me during emails as Has Janice. But I never had issues on the wait for the juicebox. So everyone knows.
ordered knowing 6-8 weeks I give 2weeks on top of that for issues. Thats me. No Right to complain for those 6-8 weeks... My Opinion. And I am still sorry if anything I did or said came out wrong. I will delete my posts if you feel its right. & I am going to shut up probably for good now. & Apologize again. Cause I feel out of line

PS Internet Last night was getting crappy slow & making me frustrated last night on top of that,.

When I posted the update it was because Carlos told me orders were going out from xxx to xxx. That is all I have done from the beginning is act as an intermediary. I'm going to take a couple days and look at the issues currently being posted and find out solutions as best I can. I do a lot better when focusing on the solution rather than the problem.

I too feel bad for Porphy. But..........since you can't get an answer from Carlos and I did order from AVE I felt it was the only place I had to turn. When I ordered the wait time listed was 4-5 weeks. I was ok with that. I ordered Jan 6 and got my jb 3/13. That is quite a stretch but still I was happy and went about working with it. Read the instructions, and had already watched all the videos and read all the tips and tricks. After a solid week, still nothing like everyone had talked about. I am not a modder or a handy person with wires and things. I cannot take it apart nor do I want to. I would just sell it but feel that would be dishonest on my part. I believe the atty is bad and I refuse to pass that along to someone else. The other frustrating thing is people jumping on you if you make any post that even implies there is a problem with jb or with the process.

We all appreciate what you're doing Porphy. I'm sure if it were your personal product things would be much different. Just frustrating.
