"My atty went bad after one week. I sent it back and was told a replacement would be shipped the same day Carlos receives it. I've sent at least 15 emails in the last 4 days asking if my replacement atty has shipped yet without any response. I emailed Prophy and he told me I need to deal with Carlos on this. The only problem is I didn't buy it from Carlos I bought it from Prophy. This has been by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced with any on line business or for the matter any business.

I hope people think twice before doing business with either of these two people. For those of you waiting on your JB, I hope yours never has an issue because trying to get it resolved is a nightmare.

Juicy97 told me Carlos collapsed at the Post Office today and had to be taken to the hospital. I hope nothing serious."

Clyde, not sure this was proper etiquette...you took someone's post and did not use their name...this is plagiarism and improper and it does not give this post the proper context.

Have you received your JB yet? I noticed that it was shipped to you and wondered what your experience is with it?

I have not received my JB either. Email notification was sent on Sunday 3/21/10 @ 1:29pm that order was shipped?!?! Must have been shipped from Europe and be caught up in customs at this rate. I mean come on, was it shipped or not? Packages do not take this long to be shipped from Ca to FL or Ny. It's not like a holiday rush on the USPS either. Did these items really ship or shall I just write this off as a loss? This entire process is one I would never wish upon anyone.

I doubt anyone received anything. I sent a return reply to the email notification at alien visions and they replied back "you'll want to contact carlos for tracking number" this reminds me of calling my bank. "not my job and it's another dept" scenario.
I mean come on this is not rocket surgery.
The last time I emailed carlos I never received a response back. To think, if I ever have a problem or need replacement items what an ordeal that will be. Do the pros out weigh the cons??

Well I will tell you this, the instructions that come with the jb specifically say "You can contact me at: caguiar47@hotmail.com". I tried that and it came back undeliverable so I wrote to Porphy and my response was that I should email him at JuiceBoxMod@hotmail.com because that is the proper email for juice box issues. So I emailed to that address but got no response. I then emailed back to Porphy but still no response. This has been going on for about a week.

Let me chime in here. Carlos told Janice my replacement atty was sent out Monday when in fact it was sent out yesterday. He also told me he would send out the replacement the same day he received the bad one which was Monday. So the bottom line don't believe anything Carlos tells you. I received a tracking number from Janice and Ben.

This isn't the first time Carlos lied to me about an items ship date. He has an issue with lying and the sad thing is if he continues to do so I believe it will be his demise.
