I understand the frustration intimately, that is why I stepped in to give you guys updates, figure out the snags, and get them fixed. I'm not making excuses here, if that were the plan I would just not post or wait until the switches got in and make something up about why I was late posting, but that's not how I roll.
It was made very clear to me how backed up the JB orders were just a little over a week ago and that's when I stepped in. Before that time when the switches went out how was it handled and how long did it take? (that is an earnest question because I really don't know) Now we saw a problem, addressed it and will have the switches within days (the plane landed in Miami last I checked). I hope this shows that I am trying to remedy the inherent flaws in the operation and get Juice Boxes in peoples hands where they belong.
Asking for patience at this juncture is folly but might I make the simple request that you flay the thin strips of skin from my body slowly, so that I might have less to heal in a few days when this is a non-issue and we're back to updating order shipments?
