Porphy, thanks so much for the updates...this is really appreciated. Even though I'm order 482...then you mentioned the 400s next week....yes!!

I can taste the JB, now!

So hopefully will receive wednesday or thursday. if shipped saturday. Depending on time.
No Rush Never complained about it.
Plus just had a extraction so can't vape it right away anyway... LOL.
wants to allow it to heal up first.

Now to get the good guys together to chit-chat away & help each other try & improve our uses & take notes & post up in the juicebox group.
Will hopefully help clear up some clutter.

Thank goodness for Porphy and avejuice...glad I ordered through them.

I'd love to Drum but as a supplier there are restrictions on where I can post and which areas I can post about my products. I'm not crystal clear where the lines are but I know I'm safe here so I hi-jacked this thread for the updates.

Thank goodness for Porphy and avejuice...glad I ordered through them.

I didn't want to post an update until I got some information for you all but the information I received was minimalistic at best. Carlos depleted his stash of switches Friday, and on Sunday I was made aware of this. The good news is I was able to contact the supplier on Monday and get 85 sparkly new switches packaged and shipped overnight air mail to Carlos and he should be swimming in switches by Wednesday at the latest.

The 85 should keep him in switches well beyond the current orders. I'll also get an idea of the rest of the resources (boxes, magnets, etc.) and see if anything is running low also and get shipments going to keep this type of speed bump from happening again.

So the update is that there are no updates, but we are working hard to make sure that there will be updates. I am hopeful that we will see movement in the orders like we did last week. Carlos is still getting everything ready as far as he can without the switches so when the shipment arrives we can see some big numbers in movement again.

I know this isn't much help for those of you waiting on Juice Boxes but I want you to see that there has been a snag and that we are working to get it unraveled ASAP.

I feel like im beating a dead horse here but this is the same excuse we heard 3 weeks ago Porphy. At that time we were told that Carlos had run out of switches and had them on order. He has run out of switches again? Why were the correct amount not ordered 3 weeks ago, 3 months ago or when the majority of orderes were made for these JB's.

You are a supplier Porphy. If you have no bottles for you e-liquid and you get orders for 350 juices do you call your supplier and order 75 bottles knowing full well that its not enough to fill all your orders. I guess the only reason you might do this is if you didnt have the money to purchase all 350 bottles. What other reason could there possibly be?

This is frustrating beyond words. First not enough boxes, then on order. Then not enough switches, then on order. Now three weeks later we are out of switches again and they are on order? Really?

I understand the frustration intimately, that is why I stepped in to give you guys updates, figure out the snags, and get them fixed. I'm not making excuses here, if that were the plan I would just not post or wait until the switches got in and make something up about why I was late posting, but that's not how I roll.

It was made very clear to me how backed up the JB orders were just a little over a week ago and that's when I stepped in. Before that time when the switches went out how was it handled and how long did it take? (that is an earnest question because I really don't know) Now we saw a problem, addressed it and will have the switches within days (the plane landed in Miami last I checked). I hope this shows that I am trying to remedy the inherent flaws in the operation and get Juice Boxes in peoples hands where they belong.

Asking for patience at this juncture is folly but might I make the simple request that you flay the thin strips of skin from my body slowly, so that I might have less to heal in a few days when this is a non-issue and we're back to updating order shipments? :p

We don't know how long it took the prior time, because we got either no or sporadic communication on the topic.

And we're not aggravated at you personally, Porphy. Hopefully, this will be the last snag, and we'll all soon be standing arm in arm enjoying cold drinks and warm vapes together.
