Juice caramel stinking

tryn to get caramel down every time i make it or involve it regardless how long its steeped it tastes rank any tips

I have found that caramel goes a long long way with DIY. Less is more, otherwise it tends to overpower the other flavors in your mix.

Which caramel.

I notice with tfa caramel candy it needs to breath a bit for a few days to get rid of the chemical aftertaste.

Yet the original caramel is fine.

And yes a little is a lot. It will get strong as it develops.

Yes i do igree and have tested all but to no avail. Toffee butterscotch ect all good. Might be a bad batch i got. I gave up with ml just go for drops now
