Of my tank, about the last 1/4, the juice gets darker??
It is my NET, with cocoa and a fash of Carmel. It is very tasty I didn't notice till I filled it and could see a difference in the colors, then I just noticed my PT II with Casablanca does this too...

I took a pic of my DIY, you can see the difference, it is slight but it is there.

Same with me. I usually clean my tank after the third refill because the darker juice does tend to gunk up coils quicker.

I have noticed the same thing. If you keep refilling after 4 or 5 tanks worth you will start to notice a change in taste. Usually at the end of the third I dump the last bit and fill fresh. Seems to make the atties last longer too.

A bit of the sugar in your flavors react different to the heat of the coil. It is like cooking white sugar and watching it turn brown. Nic can effect the color as well but it happens in 0mg juice all of the time. It is no big deal, shake it up and vape more!

If you don't shake it it will get to dark in the coil section and eventually crust up on the coil, when you shake it you will know when it looks pretty nasty at that point conduct an oil change.
